The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having an Experience and satisfactory work completion certificate for at least one of the following: - At least one annual work contract of providing more than 320 outsourcing sanitation, cleaning and sweeping staff, - At least two annual work contracts of providing more than 200 outsourcing sanitation, cleaning and sweeping staff, - At least three annual work contracts of providing more than 120 outsourcing sanitation, cleaning and sweeping staff, in the Urban Local Body in India or Township for at least one year within the specified period. The bidder should also have a minimum average annual turnover of INR 19 Crore from similar projects from the past 3 years. Additionally, the bidder must have a Labour license for providing more than 100 outsourcing sanitation & cleaning staff. The bidder should have a minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Company registered under the Companies Act or a Partnership firm registered under the Partnership Act of 1932 or registered (converted to) under the Indian Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned.
