The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in works of a similar nature and size for each of the last five years. The bidder should have completed works of a similar nature over the last seven years, including the current year before the submission of the bid. Specific requirements for prior work experience include: - One similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to Rs. 6,37,61,157.00/- - Or two similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to Rs. 3,98,50,723.00/- - Or three similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to Rs. 3,18,80,579.00/- For Operation & Maintenance, the bidder shall have successfully completed operation and maintenance for a minimum of 1 year after commissioning, inclusive of the defect liability period, with values such as: - Rs. 318.81 lakh (40%) - Rs. 6,37,61,157.00/- - Two similar completed works costing not less than Rs. 3,98,50,723.00/- - Three similar completed works costing not less than Rs. 3,18,80,579.00/- Additionally, the bidder shall have successfully completed operation & maintenance (for minimum 1 Year after commissioning, inclusive of defect liability period), in single contract of similar nature amounting to Rs. 318.81 lakh (40%) in last seven years. - Alternatively, the bidder shall have successfully completed operation and maintenance for minimum 1 year in single contract of similar nature amounting to Rs. 4.52 lakh (50% of 1 year of O&M value) in last seven years. The bidder's average annual financial turnover from contract receipt of works should be at least Rs. 3,98,50,723.00/- in the last three financial years. The bidder's capacity should be more than or equal to the estimated cost of the work, i.e., Rs. 7,97,01,445.03. A solvency certificate of minimum Rs. 1,99,26,000.00 (25% of the estimated cost) is also required. For Non-Metallic Pipeline, the minimum diameter is 125 mm and the minimum length is 9.30 km. For Pumping Machinery, the bidder must have experience of SITC of electro-mechanical works not less than 27 KW (50%) in a single contract of work. The lead partner in a joint venture must meet not less than 50 percent of all criteria, and the joint venture must collectively satisfy the criteria. The experience of the other joint venture partners shall be considered if it is not less than 30 percent of the qualifying criteria. The bidder should be able to invest a minimum of 25% of the contract value of work during implementation and have access to credit facilities of at least 10% of the estimated cost.
