The class eligibility requirement to bid or participate in this tender is Class "AA" with State Govt. ( R & B Dept. ).

The bid capacity required to bid can be determined by two main factors: 1. Average annual financial turnover: The bidder should have an average annual financial turnover (gross) of Rs. 175.00 Lacs per annum during any one year of the last five financial years. 2. Similar works experience: The bidder should have completed similar works with a value of at least one of the following: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated project cost put to tender, which is Rs. 2,32,36,073.11. - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated project cost put to tender, which is Rs. 2,90,45,091.39. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated project cost put to tender, which is Rs. 4,64,72,146.22. Additionally, the bidder should submit a scanned copy of the Turnover Certificate / Audited Balance sheet with a profit and loss account of the last five financial years, and the enhancement factors will be applied to annual turnover to bring it to the base year. The enhancement factors for turnover are: - 2024-2025: 1.0 - 2023-2024: 1.1 - 2022-2023: 1.21 - 2021-2022: 1.33 - 2020-2021: 1.46 - 2019-2020: 1.61 The estimated project cost put to tender is Rs. 5,80,90,182.78. The bid capacity required can be calculated using the following formulas: - 40% of the estimated project cost: 0.4 * 5,80,90,182.78 = Rs. 2,32,36,073.11 - 50% of the estimated project cost: 0.5 * 5,80,90,182.78 = Rs. 2,90,45,091.39 - 80% of the estimated project cost: 0.8 * 5,80,90,182.78 = Rs. 4,64,72,146.22 Therefore, the bidder should have completed similar works with a value of at least one of the following: - Three works with a value of Rs. 2,32,36,073.11 or more, - Two works with a value of Rs. 2,90,45,091.39 or more, - One work with a value of Rs. 4,64,72,146.22 or more.
