Technical Capacity
The required prior work experience for the bidder includes designing, construction, operation, and maintenance of Municipal Waste/Municipal Solid Waste processing plants/Legacy Waste. The bidder should have proof of successful project completion in India during the last seven years preceding the Bid Due Date.
The required experience can be demonstrated through one of the following:
- One Municipal Waste / Legacy Waste / Municipal Solid Waste processing plant infrastructure of 80% of Estimated Project design capacity
- Two Municipal Waste / Legacy Waste / Municipal Solid Waste processing plants infrastructure of 50% of Estimated Project design capacity
- Three Municipal Waste / Legacy Waste / Municipal Solid Waste processing plants/infrastructure of 40% of Estimated Project design capacity
Additionally, the bidder should have an average annual turnover of at least 50% of the Estimated Project Cost during the last three financial years.
The bidder should submit completion/operation certificates, work order, and agreement copy to support their experience. One member of the consortium (JV) should have experience in Municipal Solid Waste operation. The bidder should also submit an approach and methodology for processing of solid waste.
