The required prior work experience for the bidder is related to similar nature of work done by the contractor in the last 5 years. The bidder needs to provide details of civil engineering works completed, including project name, employer, description of work, contract value, and date of completion. The bidder should have completed 60% of the quantity of principal items of work, such as concrete, earthwork, pipeline, pumping station, etc., within the last five financial years. The bidder should have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of similar work of at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five financial years. Substantially completed works mean those works which are at least 90 % completed as on the date of submission. Additionally, the bidder needs to submit proof of work done, including completion certificates, with a minimum value of: - One work for 80% of the Estimated Amount - Two works for 50% of the Estimated Amount - Three works for 40% of the Estimated Amount The bidder should also have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of Rs.----Crore for works in progress and completed in all classes of civil engineering construction works in any one year, over the last five financial years.
