The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: * Experience as a prime contractor or nominated sub-contractor in works of a similar nature over the last five years. * Completion of works with a value of at least 90% of the original contract price, with satisfactory performance. * Specific values of similar works completed include: + Total value of Civil engineering constructions in the last five years (in Rs. Lakhs) for the years 2024-2025, 2023-2024, 2022-2023, 2021-2022, and 2020-2021. + Quantities of work executed as prime contractor or nominated sub-contractor in the last five years, including cement, masonry, plumbing, electrical work, concrete, RCC, and PCC. * Experience in successfully completing or substantially completing Asphalt Road Work & Drain & Electrical (road and / or bridge works) with the following values: + One contract of 80% estimated tender cost + Two contracts of 50% tender cost + Three contracts of 40% tender cost * A minimum annual financial turnover (defined as billing for works in progress and completed in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) in any one year, over the last five years of the annual value of contract / contracts applied for. * Completion of at least 90% of the original contract price of similar works, with a minimum value of work executed in any one year during the last five years.
