The bidder should have completed or substantially completed at least one work of 40% of the tender amount as a main contractor in the last seven years. This 40% of the tender amount is equivalent to Rs. 96,60,800. Additionally, the bidder should have experience in similar nature, with details of similar type of work costing not less than 50% of the tender amount completed with good quality and workmanship in the past seven years. The bidder should also have completed single project work of not less than 60% of the estimated cost during the last seven years. For joint ventures, each partner should have experience of a similar nature of work, with a minimum of 15% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 36,22,800. The bidder's experience in fields relevant to the contract is required, with the lead partner as well as any other partner in a joint venture having experience of a similar nature of work, with a minimum value of 15% of the estimated cost. The estimated cost of the tender work is Rs. 2,41,52,000. The bidder should have completed or substantially completed at least one work of 40% of this amount and also provide a list of single project work of not less than 60% of the estimated cost. Substantially completed works mean those works which are completed at least 90% of the original contract price on the date of submission of the tender and execution is satisfactory.
