The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed or substantially completed at least one contract of similar nature of work of at least 40% of the value of the proposed contract within the last seven years. The value of the proposed contract is Rs. 3,05,08,893.00, and the bidder should have completed a similar work of at least 40% of this value, which is Rs. 1,22,03,557.20. The bidder's prior work experience should also include a minimum annual turnover of the annual value of the contract applied for, which is Rs. 3,05,08,893.00, in any one year over the last seven financial years. Additionally, the bidder should have access to or available liquid assets (aggregate of working capital, cash in hand, and uncommitted bank guarantees) and/or credit facility equal to 25% of the value of the contract/contracts applied, which is Rs. 76,27,223.25. The bidder should have completed similar works (MS/DI Pipeline) in the last Seven years, with a minimum length specified, and should provide details of these works, including the name and type of work, address, tenderer's role, year of completion, time taken for completion, project details, and project cost. Substantially completed work means those works which are at least 90% completed as on the date of submission, with a gross value of work done up to the last date of submission being 90% or more of the original contract price, and continuing satisfactorily.
