The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Project Manager: 10 years of experience in BE Civil - Site Engineer: 5 years of experience in BE Civil - Plant Engineer: 3 years of experience in BE Mech - Quantity Surveyor: 3 years of experience in Dip. Civil - Soil and Material Engineer: 3 years of experience in BE Civil - Survey Engineer: 2 years of experience in ITI or Dip. Civil - Traffic Safety Supervisor: 2 years of experience in Dip. Civil - Safety Engineer: 2 years of experience in Dip. Civil The value and percentage of similar works completed are as follows: - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated tender cost - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated tender cost - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated tender cost Additionally, the average annual financial turnover during the last 3 years should be at least 30% of the estimate put to tender for this work. The available bid capacity is calculated based on the value of similar works executed in the last five years, but the specific amount is not fixed and depends on the calculation: Available Bid capacity = (A* N* 2 - B), where A = Maximum value of sum of all the contracts executed in any one year during the last five years, N = Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which the bid is invited, and B = Value of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next N years.
