The required prior work experience for the bidder is related to works of similar nature completed during the last three years. The bidder should have a minimum of 2 years experience of such type of work and having achieved credentials of optimum result of controlling Street dogs population through humane method, elimination of rabies and reduction of dog bites in metro and big cities of India. Additionally, the bidder should have undertaken the ABC program as per AWBI guidelines and have sterilized minimum 15000 nos. of dogs continuously for last two years. The details of these works are to be provided, including information such as the name of the work/project, location, owner/client, cost of work, dates of commencement and completion, and any pending litigation/arbitration. The annexure requires the bidder to provide information on at least 10 similar works completed, including the gross amount claimed and amount awarded by the Arbitrator, if any. The value of similar work completed is mentioned as a minimum of 15000 dogs sterilized. However, specific values or percentages of similar works completed are not mentioned, except that the bidder should have a minimum annual turn over of Rs. 50 lacs in Last 3 years. The Solvency certificate for the current financial year should be for the amount equal to 20% of the tender value of the work, and the earnest money is Rs.3,57,000.00, which is 0.1% of the estimated cost, and the security deposit is 2% of the tender value.
