The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of Development of garden (Public Garden, Infra.etc.) in Govt. /semi Govt. / ULB within last five years. The value of similar nature work should be at least 40 percent of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years, with the amount for similar nature work being Rs.1,19,79,895.00 (along with GST of Rs.21,56,381.00, totaling Rs.1,41,36,216.00). The bidder should also have a minimum annual turnover of more than Rs. 299.49 Lacs in any one of the last five financial years. Additionally, the bidder should have a registration with State/Central Government or State Water Supply Boards or in Municipal Corporation in "B" Class civil and a certificate of civil license. The bidder should provide information on their prior work experience, including the quantity of work performed, measured in Cum/MT, and the value of works remaining to be completed, specified in Rs. Cr.
