The bidder should have prior work experience of executing works of a similar nature over the last Seven years. The experience can be as a prime contractor or as a nominated sub-contractor, provided the sub-contract involved execution of all main items of work described in the bid document. The bidder should have completed works such as cement concrete, masonry, earthworks, and bituminous work in the last five years. However, specific values and percentages of similar works completed are not consistently mentioned across all requirements. Similar work is defined as "New/Maintenance works of outdoor/street lighting works" in Municipal Corporation, Central/State/PWD/M.E.S./Semi Govt. and Big reputed PVT organizations. The bidder must provide copies of work orders and completion certificates from the concerned organization in their name.
