The required prior work experience for the bidder is related to the supply of Mechanised Road Sweeper vehicles. The bidder should have supplied at least a minimum quantity of such or other type of mechanised Road Sweeper Machines during the last 7 years. The specific requirements are: a. Three similar works of Supply should not be less than 40% of the quantum (i.e., not less than 1 machine / amount Rs. 180.00 Lakhs in each order) of the estimated work quantum of this tender. b. Two similar works of Supply should not be less than 50% of the quantum (i.e., not less than 2 machines / amount Rs. 225.00 Lakhs in each order) of the estimated work quantum of this tender. c. One similar work of Supply should not be less than 80% of the quantum (i.e., not less than 2 machines / amount Rs. 360.00 Lakhs in each order) of the estimated work quantum of this tender. Additionally, the bidder should have executed similar work in the last 7 years as a service provider of Mechanised road sweeping machines, with at least two full years of continuous experience. The experience can be in one of the following forms: a. Three similar works, each not less than 40% of the estimated work/daily deployment of machines (i.e., work for 1 vehicle per day or work value more than Rs. 282.00 Lakh) of this tender. b. Two similar works, each not less than 50% of the estimated work/daily deployment of machines (i.e., work for 2 vehicles per day or work value more than Rs. 352.00 Lakh) of this tender. c. One similar work, which should not be less than 80% of the estimated work/daily deployment of machines (i.e., work for 2 vehicles per day or work value more than Rs. 563.00 Lakh) of this tender. The bidder should also have an average annual turnover of 30% of the Estimated value of the tender, which is Rs.1154.00 Lakh (i.e., rounded off Rs. 346.00 Lakh) for the last three financial years. The bidder should also have a solvency certificate of Nationalized / Scheduled Bank/Banks amounting to not less than 20% of the Estimated value of the tender, which is Rs.1154.00 Lakh (i.e., rounded off Rs.231.00 Lakh). The required prior work experience includes: - At least two full years of continuous experience as a service provider of Mechanised road sweeping machines in the last 7 years. - The experience can be in the form of three similar works (each not less than 40% of the estimated work), two similar works (each not less than 50% of the estimated work), or one similar work (not less than 80% of the estimated work). - The estimated work values are: - Rs. 282.00 Lakh for three similar works (40% of the estimated work) - Rs. 352.00 Lakh for two similar works (50% of the estimated work) - Rs. 563.00 Lakh for one similar work (80% of the estimated work)
