The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar completed works, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost (Rs. 224.72 Lakhs) - Two similar completed works, each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost (Rs. 280.90 Lakhs) - One similar completed work, each costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost (Rs. 449.44 Lakhs) The bidder should have satisfactorily completed any of the works during the last seven years from the last date of bid submission. Similar work means Construction of Sewage Pumping Station/Water treatment Plant/Sewage Treatment Plant/ R.C.C Under Ground Storage reservoir(UGSR)/River Structure-Intake Well/ French Well/ River Bridges. The works carried out for Government or Semi-Government or ULB shall only be considered for qualification. The bidder should submit a declaration regarding the work on hand with the tenderer, along with attested copies of work orders and interim certificates. A Solvency Certificate of Bank or a Revenue Officer of an amount up to 20% of the tendered cost plus the amount of works on hand still to be executed will have to be produced by the Contractor. The bidder needs to submit a completion certificate from the client for each work, without which the experience will not be considered for evaluation. The bidder also needs to provide details of works on hand with them, including estimated cost, date of issue of work order, stipulated period of completion, amount of work done, and brief details of delay, if any. The amount of work done should be given up to the month previous to the month in which tenders are invited. The bidder should have experience in works of similar nature, and should provide a list of works of similar nature already completed by them during the last 7 years. The required details to be filled in Annexure-I include name of work and place, cost on completion, time taken in months to complete the work, client name, and date of completion. The required details to be filled in Annexure-II include estimated cost, date of issue of work order, stipulated period of completion, amount of work done, and brief details of delay, if any. The bidder should indicate actual figures of costs and amount for the work executed, and submit a written statement with details as per the enclosed annexure. Joint Venture or Sublet or Back to Back work experience is not allowed. The bidder should not be blacklisted or stated as defaulter by any government agency or semi-government agency in the last 5 years. The bidder should submit a list of works in hand showing the cost of the work to be completed against each, along with a certificate from the Head of the office concerned. The bidder should also submit a list of machinery in their possession and which they will bring for the proposed work.
