The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: 1. One work costing not less than Rs. 239.20 lacs (i.e., 80% of the estimated cost) 2. Two works costing not less than Rs. 149.50 lacs (i.e., 50% of the estimated cost) 3. Three works costing not less than Rs. 119.60 lacs (i.e., 40% of the estimated cost) The bidder should have completed similar nature of work in the last seven years. The percentages mentioned are 80%, 50%, and 40% of the estimated cost, corresponding to the amounts of Rs. 239.20 lacs, Rs. 149.50 lacs, and Rs. 119.60 lacs respectively. Additionally, if any of the work(s) is/are on hand with the applicant, but if the amount of the work done at the site is more than 90% of the total Project / Tender cost as on the Last date of Submission of Tender document, then those work(s) will also be taken into consideration while evaluation.
