The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar works during the last seven years, specifically the provision and laying of underground gravity RCC drainage/storm drainage pipelines. The experience requirements are as follows: - Three similar completed works, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost (Rs. 177.99 lakhs). - Two similar completed works, each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost (Rs. 222.49 lakhs). - One similar completed work, each costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost (Rs. 355.98 lakhs). Only works carried out for the Government, Semi-Government, or ULB are considered for qualification, with necessary work completion certificates from not below the rank of Executive Engineer. Additionally, the bidder should submit a declaration showing all works as similar types and magnitudes carried out and on hand with the contractor and the value of works that remains to be executed in each case. The bidder should also submit a Solvency Certificate with a minimum value of at least 20% of the total estimated cost put to the tender, which is Rs. 88,99,480.27, based on the total estimated cost of Rs. 4,44,97,401.36.
