The bidder is required to have prior work experience in similar works, specifically in building construction, such as school buildings, university buildings, health center buildings, hospital buildings, and hostel buildings, completed for government or semi-government organizations. The bidder must have completed at least one of the following: - Three similar completed works, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to the tender (i.e., 40% of Rs. 9,48,94,500.00). - Two similar completed works, each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to the tender (i.e., 50% of Rs. 9,48,94,500.00). - One similar completed work, costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to the tender (i.e., 80% of Rs. 9,48,94,500.00). The bidder must provide attested copies of certificates from the head of the office concerned for completion of the works.
