The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 50% of the estimated cost. - One similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder must have experience in execution and completion of sewerage line by Sinking-Pushing Method / Micro tunneling Method in a minimum of 215 Rmt length in any of a maximum of three works physically completed. The bidder should have substantially completed works, which means those works that are at least 90% completed as on the date of submission (i.e., gross value of work done up to the last date of submission is 90% or more of the original contract price) and continuing satisfactorily. The bidder is also required to have experience as a Prime contractor and as a sub-contractor, and provide details of their experience in similar works, including the number of years their organization has been in business of similar work under its present name.
