Municipal Corporation Tender

The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in construction of sewage treatment plant in the last 10 years. The bidder should have completed a Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) with a well-tested and proven technology. The experience criteria are as follows: - One work of similar nature with a minimum value of completed work of 80% of the Estimated Tender Cost of this Tender. - Alternatively, two works of similar nature, each with a minimum value of completed work of 50% of the Estimated Tender Cost of this Tender. - Or, three works of similar nature, each with a minimum value of completed work of 40% of the Estimated Tender Cost of this Tender. The cost of the STP shall be considered for calculation of the value for completed works, whereas the cost of the sewerage network shall not be considered as part of the STP cost. The experience should be gained in the last 7 years in any Municipal Body / Urban Local Body / Development Authority / State Government Body or undertaking / department or undertaking of the Government of India. Additionally, the bidder should have an average annual turnover of last Seven years, ending 31st March of the previous financial year, of minimum 30% of the estimated cost. The available bid capacity will be calculated based on the maximum value of works executed in any one year during the last seven years.
