The bidder is required to have prior work experience as a prime contractor or nominated sub-contractor in the last five years, with quantities of work executed considered. The bidder needs to provide information on the quantity of work performed for each year from 2019-2020 to 2023-2024. The bidder should have prior work experience of executing works of a value of 202.22 Lacs within the last five years. The value of similar works completed should be at least 202.22 Lacs, with a completion percentage of at least 90%. The bidder should have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of a similar nature of work, with a value of at least 40 percent of the proposed contract within the last five years. The value of such work should be at least Rs. 202.22 Lacs (Rs. 171.37 Lacs + Rs. 30.85 Lacs, which is 18% GST). Substantially completed works mean those works which are at least 90% completed as on the date of submission.
