The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: * One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated tender cost (Rs. 20000000.00, which is 80% of Rs. 25000000.00) * Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated tender cost (Rs. 12500000.00 each, which is 50% of Rs. 25000000.00) * At least one similar completed work costing not less than 40% of the estimated tender cost (Rs. 10000000.00, which is 40% of Rs. 25000000.00) Additionally, the bidder's average annual financial turnover in similar type of works during the last 3 years should be at least 30% of the estimated tender cost (Rs. 7500000.00, which is 30% of Rs. 25000000.00). The bidder should also have experience of similar work as a prime contractor under a single work order, with a value of at least 30% of the estimated value of the current work in the last three years (Rs. 7500000.00, which is 30% of Rs. 25000000.00). For private firms, 50% of their experience in similar work will be considered during the tender evaluation.
