The bidder should have prior work experience as a prime contractor, with quantities of work executed in the past five years, including the current year before the submission of the bid. The experience can also be considered if the bidder has worked as a nominated sub-contractor, provided the sub-contract involved execution of all main items of work described in the bid document.
