The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar works during the last seven years. The similar works refer to the provision and laying of underground gravity RCC drainage/storm drainage pipelines. The bidder should fulfill one of the following conditions: (1a) Three similar completed works, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 141.07 lakhs. (2a) Two similar completed works, each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 176.34 lakhs. (3a) One similar completed work, costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 282.15 lakhs. Only works carried out for Government or Semi-Government or ULB are considered for qualification, and the necessary work completion certificate from not below the rank of Executive Engineer is required. Additionally, the bidder should submit a Solvency Certificate with a minimum value of at least 20% of the total estimated cost put to the tender, which is Rs. 3,52,68,645.53, so the solvency certificate should be for an amount equal to 20% of the estimated value of the work, i.e., 20% of Rs. 3,52,68,645.53. The bidder is also required to have a certain level of financial capability as evidenced by the Solvency Certificate, and the bidder should have completed similar works, and the value of these works should be substantial enough to demonstrate their capability to handle the current project. The total amount of the tender is Rs. 3,52,68,645.53, and the solvency certificate should be for an amount equal to 20% of the estimated value of the work. The organization has been in business of similar work under its present name for the last seven years.
