To be eligible, bidders must have successfully completed similar works within the last seven years. There are three options for meeting this requirement: * Three similar works, each with a capacity of 246 MLD or more, and a cost of at least 40% of the estimated cost for this project. No specific monetary values are provided for these works. * Two similar works, each with a capacity of 307 MLD or more, and a cost of at least 50% of the estimated cost for this project. No specific monetary values are provided for these works. * One similar work with a capacity of 491 MLD or more, and a cost of at least 80% of the estimated cost for this project. No specific monetary values are provided for this work. "Similar work" is defined as experience in operating and maintaining water treatment plants with specific features (Lamella Clarifiers/Clariflocculators with Rapid Gravity Sand Filtration units/Sewage Treatment Plants of required capacity, along with electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, PLC & SCADA machinery) or experience in operating and maintaining water treatment plants with those features and operating SCADA machinery for PLC and SCADA systems.
