The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience of work of similar nature during the last 5 years. The experience can be in the form of one, two, or three similar completed works with specific cost criteria. The criteria are as follows: - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated tender cost, which is Rs.2,81,44,130.24 - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated tender cost, which is Rs.1,75,90,081.40 - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated tender cost, which is Rs.1,40,72,065.12 Additionally, the bidder should have experience in the form of: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimate put to tender - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimate put to tender - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimate put to tender The definition of similar works includes road resurfacing with sensor paver, widening of carriageway, and civil allied works. The value of such completed works should be updated to the level of the financial year 2024-25 using an escalation factor. The required experience for key personnel includes: - Project Manager: 10 years of experience with a BE Civil degree - Site Engineer: 5 years of experience with a BE Civil degree - Plant Engineer: 3 years of experience with a BE Mech degree - Quantity Surveyor: 3 years of experience with a Dip. Civil degree - Soil and Material Engineer: 3 years of experience with a BE Civil degree - Survey Engineer: 2 years of experience with an ITI or Dip. Civil degree - Traffic Safety Supervisor: 2 years of experience with a Dip. Civil degree - Safety Engineer: 2 years of experience with a Dip. Civil degree
