The bidder should have completed similar works in the last 7 years, with specific requirements as follows: - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost, - Two similar works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, - Three similar works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. The bidder should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in building construction works. The bidder's average annual turnover in the last three financial years should be more than 30% of the estimated cost. Private works are considered at 50% of their value. An escalation factor is applied to bring the value of completed works to the current financial year, with factors ranging from 1.0 for the current year to 1.77 for works completed 6 years ago. The bidder should have completed works to be considered for evaluation purposes, and work completion means completed works only. The bidder should provide a list of building project works completed during the last five years, including the year of construction, name of the project, name of the owner and contact person, total cost of the work, total value of the work done, date of starting work, and date of actual completion of work. The bidder should also provide details of ongoing projects as of March 31, 2025. The bidder should demonstrate a minimum net worth of 15% of the estimated cost of the tender during the last financial year. The bidder should have an average annual financial turnover from the construction business of at least 30% of the estimated cost put to tender, certified by a Chartered Accountant. The bidder's bidding capacity should be equal to or more than the estimated cost of the work put to tender.
