The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having a minimum average turnover of 30% of the tender estimate value in the last 5 years. The bidder should have completed works of similar nature, with the value of existing commitments and ongoing works to be considered. The bidder must have completed at least one of the following similar works in the last 5 years: - ONE similar work of minimum costing of 80% of Tender Estimated Value - TWO similar work of minimum costing of 50% of Tender Estimated Value - THREE similar work of minimum costing of 40% of Tender Estimated Value Similar work is defined as dynamic RGBW façade lighting/Architectural lighting/Linear wall washers/Linear profile lighting works executed for Monuments/buildings/bridges/temples/gardens etc. in the central government departments or state government departments or Public Sector Unit [PSU]. The available tender capacity will be calculated based on the maximum value of lighting works executed in any one year during the last five years, updated to 2023-24 price level, and the number of years prescribed for completion of the works. The calculation of available tender capacity is: Assessed available tender capacity = (A*N*1.5 - B), where A is the maximum value of lighting works executed in any one year, N is the number of years prescribed for completion (0.666 years), and B is the value of existing commitments and ongoing works. The bidder must also have a minimum financial turnover in lighting works value of 30% of Tender Estimated cost, with financial turnover of previous years given a weight of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the FY in which the tenders are invited.
