The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in a project-related field, such as civil engineering construction, with specific experience in mechanized cement concrete lining, modern concrete technology, heavy earth moving equipment, and quality control in compaction of soils. They should also have experience in underground drainage work in rocky areas, civil work for drainage pumping stations, construction of sewerage treatment plants, and pumping machinery in drainage pumping stations. The bidder should have completed projects with a value of at least Rs. 6,40,04,000/- in any one year over the last seven financial years. The bidder's annual turnover should be at least the value of the contract applied for. The bidder should have completed similar works with a value of at least 40% of the value of the proposed contract, which is Rs. 2,56,01,600/-. The percentage of similar work completed should be at least 90%. Additionally, the bidder’s experience in similar nature of work should be a minimum of 15% of the estimated cost. The bidder should have successfully completed or substantially completed at least one contract of similar nature of work within the last seven years, with substantially completed work meaning those works which are at least 90% completed. The bidder should submit a certificate from the employer incorporating relevant information. The bidder should provide details of similar works completed, including the name and type of work, address, role, year of completion, time taken for completion, project details, and project cost. The bidder should also attach completion certificates and photographs of the completed works. In case of a joint venture, each partner should have experience of similar nature of work, with a minimum of 15% of the estimated cost.
