The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years. The experience can be in the form of: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimate put to tender. - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimate put to tender. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimate put to tender. Alternatively, the bidder is also required to have experience of work of similar nature during the last 5 years, with specific requirements being: - One similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of the estimated tender cost. - Two similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 50% of the estimated tender cost. - Three similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the estimated tender cost. The estimated tender cost is Rs. 2,00,00,000/- (exclusive of GST), which can be used to calculate the specific amounts for the similar works, such as: - 40% of the estimated tender cost: Rs. 80,00,000/- - 50% of the estimated tender cost: Rs. 1,00,00,000/- - 80% of the estimated tender cost: Rs. 1,60,00,000/- Additionally, the average annual financial turnover during the last 3 years should be at least 30% of the estimate put to tender for this work, which is Rs. 60,00,000/- (30% of Rs. 2,00,00,000/-).
