The required prior work experience for the bidder includes similar works completed in the last 7 years. The bidder should have completed works with the following values: - Three similar completed works, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to the tender, which is 40% of Rs. 1,38,69,849.90, translating to each similar work costing not less than Rs. 55,47,939.96. - Two similar completed works, each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to the tender, which is 50% of Rs. 1,73,37,312.40. - One similar completed work, each costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to the tender, which is 80% of Rs. 2,77,39,699.80, implying a value of at least Rs. 2,21,91,759.84. The bidder should also have a minimum "A" class registration with construction of RCC framed structure low rise building experience with any government, semi-government organization. The works carried out for Government or Semi-Government or ULB shall only be considered, with necessary work completion certificates from not below the rank of Executive Engineer.
