The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years, specifically in areas such as Cement Concrete, Masonry, Earth Works, and Bituminous Work. The bidder should have completed works of a similar nature with a value of at least Rs. Crore in the last seven years. The bidder should have carried out single similar nature job works during the last 7 years with the following requirements: - 40% of estimated amount with 3 works - 50% of estimated amount with 2 works - 80% of estimated amount with 1 work Additionally, the bidder should have completed similar works, specifically "New/Maintenance works of outdoor / street lighting works" in Municipal Corporation, Central / State / PWD / M.E.S. / Semi Govt. and Big reputed PVT organizations, with values such as: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost (Rs. 80 Lakh) - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost (Rs. 100 Lakh) - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost (Rs. 160 Lakh) The bidder is also required to provide information on the quantities of work executed, including cement concrete, masonry, earthworks, and bituminous work, for the last five years. The average annual financial turn over during the last 3 years should be at least 30% of the estimated cost. The bidder must have completed works with a value of at least one of the following: - 40% of the estimated cost (Rs. 80 Lakh) with three similar completed works, - 50% of the estimated cost (Rs. 100 Lakh) with two similar completed works, - 80% of the estimated cost (Rs. 160 Lakh) with one similar completed work. Copies of work orders and completion certificates from the concerned organizations are required to be submitted.
