The bidder is required to have prior work experience in the last five years, including the current year before the submission of the bid. The experience can be as a prime contractor or a nominated sub-contractor. The bidder needs to provide information on the quantities of work executed, including the name of the work, name of the employer, quantity of work performed, and remarks, along with certificates from the Engineer(s) in-charge. The bidder should have completed a minimum of 1 work of at least Rs. 3.00 Cr during the last 5 financial years, with the work being of similar magnitude and class, specifically Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning of Internal and External light and outdoor Decorative lighting work. The bidder should also have completed at least one similar project. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the bidder needs to provide a list of completed projects with cost and completion certificates, as well as a list of ongoing projects with cost and work orders. The average turnover of the last 5 financial years for projects of the Applicant must be a minimum of 1.00 Cr. The bidder should attach a copy of the Work order, Completion certificate, and TDS Certificate for the similar work completed, along with an experience certificate (Form 3A) issued by the End user of the rank of Executive Engineer or above. The percentage to apply to the value of the work not completed, representing the Employer's additional cost for completing the Works, shall be 20 percent.
