The bidder must have prior work experience in a similar nature of work, which includes road base, sub-base work, GSB, wet mix, metal soling, metal grouting, etc. The required experience can be demonstrated in one of the following ways: 1. Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 1,34,24,110. 2. Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 1,67,80,138. 3. One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 2,68,48,220. The works can be executed by the applicant as a prime contractor, as a member of a joint venture, or as a nominated sub-contractor. The experience of execution of all major items of works under the proposed contract is required. Substantially completed works, which are at least 90% completed, will be considered. The bidder's prior work experience is considered based on the quantities of work executed as a prime contractor or as a nominated sub-contractor in the past five years. The work experience should be in the same name and style, and the sub-contract should have involved the execution of all main items of work described in the bid document. Additionally, the bidder should have experience of having successfully completed similar works during the last seven years. The bidder must submit a completion certificate regarding experience of similar nature of work. The bidder is also required to provide information on the quantities of work performed, including cement concrete, masonry, earthworks, and bituminous work, for each year from 2019-2020 to 2023-2024, along with the contract reference number and remarks for each work. The bidder should also provide information on their existing commitments and ongoing works, including the description of works, place and state, contract number, name and address of the employer, value of the contract, stipulated period of completion, and value of works remaining to be completed.
