Supplying, installing, commissioning and testing of split type air conditioning unit indoor / outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built with BEE 5 star rating inverter type with CFC refrigerant 1.5 tonne capacity complete and comprising of the following :- a) Room evaporator indoor unit with speed blower fan of approipriate capacity including PCB, thermostatic control, air filter and drain for condensing water, b) Outdoor condensing unit of capacity 5175 Kcal / Hr capacity with condensor fan motor of appropriate capacity - 01 No. air cooled condensor of capacity 1.5 TR-01 No. shall be installed outside the building on and including suitable factory made mild steel brackets fixed on wall using fastners for fixing and installing of ACs, c) Refrigerant copper pipe of suction and discharge line with insulation, condensing water drain pipe & protected by suitable size of flexible PVC conduit with control valves & safety accessories including complete wiring for evaporator & condensing unit with fixing of suitable size of copper cable, d) Making ood the disturbed surface to match with the existing surface after pluging the holes complete all as specified and directed. Make :- LG / Blue Star / Voltas as per model approved by the GE. Note :- The unit rate quoted by the contractor shall deem to be inclusive of (i) Cutting holes in walls / windows of any thickness for installation of AC, connection and making good the disturbed surface to match with the thickness for installation of AC etc, connection. (ii) Electric cable of size 4 sqmm copper conductor PVC sheathed and of required length to connect outdoor unit and outdoor unit to voltage stablizer. (iii) Copper piping with insulation and drain piping.

Supplying, installing, commissioning and testing of voltage stablizer for automatic operation copper wound, single phase, naturally air cooled, indoor type, smart heavy duty with digital display & designed for input variation between 130 volts to 280 volts with output voltage stablized at 230 volts with accuracy + 2.5 % and of capacity 4 KVA complete all as specified and directed. M & L for sub main wiring concealed type with 2 runs of 4 Sq.mm for phase, neural and 2.5 Sq.mm for earth continuity PVC insulated unsheathed cable FRLS grade with copper conductor single core multi stranded 1100V grade confirming to IS - 694 drawn through and including PVC casing caping of size not less than 25 mm dia including accessories , junction boxes etc,. cutting chases and making good in CM 1:3 including connecting complete all as specified and directed. Note- Two run of wire 4 Sqmm and one run of wire 2.5 sqmm and one run of PVC casing caping 25mm dia will be measured as one length.

S & F Metal clad plug and socket 3 Pin 20A 230V AC 50Hz complete with sheet metal enclosure and MCB SP 20 Amps prewired with 4 Sqmm copper conductors for controlling socket through MCB SPN complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft / loose soil not exceeting 1.5 Mtr wide and not exceding 1.5 Mtr in depth and getting out for taking out / laying of cables, erection of poles / strut / stays etc and not exceeding 10 sqm on plan complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in the soft / loose soil including spreading, levelling, watering and ramming in layers not exc. 25 cms complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soft / loose soil) not exceeding 50 Mtr away and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fill dry river sand in trenches for cable cushioning (above and below the cable as per SSR-I) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix precast concrete cable covers class LV type 1, flat size 250 x 150 x 40 mm M-20 grade concrete for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix and jointing and connecting XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade of the following cross sectional area 25 Sqmm 4 Core complete all as specified and directed. ( Excavation, earth work, sand coushioning, precast cable cover etc shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate items of Sch 'A').

Supply and fix and jointing and connecting XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade of the following cross sectional area 35 Sqmm 4 Core complete all as specified and directed. ( Excavation, earth work, sand coushioning, precast cable cover etc shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate items of Sch 'A').

Supply and fix and jointing and connecting XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade of the following cross sectional area 50 Sqmm 4 Core complete all as specified and directed. ( Excavation, earth work, sand coushioning, precast cable cover etc shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate items of Sch 'A').

Supply and fix and jointing and connecting XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade of the following cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 4 Core complete all as specified and directed. ( Excavation, earth work, sand coushioning, precast cable cover etc shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate items of Sch 'A').

Supply and fix and jointing and connecting in replacement XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade of the following cross sectional area 70 Sqmm 3.5 Core complete all as specified and directed. ( Excavation, earth work, sand coushioning, precast cable cover etc shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate items of Sch 'A').

Supply and fix and jointing and connecting in replacement XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade of the following cross sectional area 35 Sqmm 3.5 Core complete all as specified and directed. ( Excavation, earth work, sand coushioning, precast cable cover etc shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate items of Sch 'A').

Supply and fix and jointing and connecting in replacement XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade of the following cross sectional area 6 Sqmm 2 Core complete all as specified and directed. ( Excavation, earth work, sand coushioning, precast cable cover etc shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate items of Sch 'A').

Supplying, fixing, jointing, connecting and testing ACSR conductor of any size, any type as per the existing size and type and stringing the same properly on the insulators and binding with the aluminium wire, connectors, jumpers etc on pole and properly stretched complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 3 % sag between two adjacent poles shall be added at the time of measurment and payment to the contractor of this item.

Supplying, fabricating, fixing in position the cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates (fabricated from the structural steel sections of any type / size / shape incluing nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending hot or cold, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as required at site including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantlling old pin type insulators from electric poles and S & F pin type porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulators 65 mm dia 100 mm height including one galvanized mild steel spindle two galvanized iron washers and one galvanized iron nut for working pressure upto and including 1100 volts grade for LT lines fixed on poles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantlling old shackle type insulators from electric poles and S & F shackle type porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulators 90 mm dia 75 mm height including galvanized mild steel strap 31 mm x 3 mm, insulator bolts 12 mm dia with suitable washers and nut for working pressure upto and including 1100 volts grade for LT lines fixed on poles complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, fabricating, installing, commissioning and testing of LT panel board outdoor type type factory made CPRI tested made out of CRCA sheet steel enclosure 3.15 mm thick including copper bus bar 4 pole 300 Amp capacity including wiring of rated capacity PVC insulated copper conductor cable, insulators, fastners etc with digital ammeter and voltmeter, selector switches for voltmeter and ammeter, indicator lamp RYB (01 Set), CTs including mild steel angle frame of size 40 x 40 x 5 mm structure at bottom, foundation in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 etc comprising of the following complete all as specified and directed. Disconnecting nad taking out the old existing street light fitting / security light fitting of any description and in any position from the poles / walls / pillars etc and Supplying, fixing, connecting and testing the energy efficient LED street light fitting (Module system) having nominal power consumption 45 watt with lamps, IP protection 65 with and including suitable GI pipe light grade 1.5 mtr long bracketmade to shape and size with and angle of 120 degree fixed to poles etc with two number of suitable clamps and connection to overhead lines by using 2.5 sqmm aluminium conductor PVC insulated twin core weather proof cable complete all as specified and directed. Make CG CAT part No. LSTO-45-CDL or equivalent CAT part of make Havell's / Wipro.

M & L for preparation of untreated / treated steel surfaces (mild steel cross arm / cahnnels / clamps / street light brackets / GI protection pipe etc any numbers which are fitted on LT single PCC pole) by scrapping the old treatment and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer and marking the pole number on the same pole with yellow paint over suitable size black pinted back ground at a height of two metres above the ground lavel and 5 cm large bold letters and also making 2 inch wide colour strips from coping of the pole upto a height of 1.5 mtr above the coping of pole with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

S & F sheet metal enclosure 3.15 mm thick outdoor type bus bar cahmber with aluminium bus bar 3 phase and 01 Neytral with hinged door at front and back side of 200 Amp 415 volts 50 Hz including mild steel frame of size 40 x 40 x 5 mm structure at bottom, foundation in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meter below ground level) connected to GI wire 4mm dia main earthing lead by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate no 5 of MES Schedule Part-I (1991) with connected to earth test point & to main switch board etc with & including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt all around earth plate, test point of phosphorous bronze / gun metal of size 75 mmx 75 mm x25 mm, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded black trap/granite/Basalt stone aggregate) for earth pit with 40 x 40 x 6mm mild steel angle iron frame for cover, pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded black trap/granite/Basalt stone aggregate) 40mm thick cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 3 Nos both way with 12mm dia round bar handle, GI medium grade watering pipe 20 mm dia with funnel and wire mesh, and 40 mm dia GI medium grade earth lead protection pipe, complete all as specified and directed. S & F GI tubing light grade with all fittings laid in ground / PCC Hard Standing for GI cable and strip protection size 50 mm dia complete al as specified and directed. Note :- The Sch of credit will be deducted offline from the amount of BOQ at the time of acceptance. The Sch of Credit has been mentioned in the tender documents in pdf form.
