Material and labour in replacement of chemical earthing complete with Copper earth plate electrode 900 x 600 x 5 mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically to depth not less than 3.00 mtr below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level connected to and including Copper strip of 32x6mm as earth lead up to 7.5 mtr long fixed by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers or brazing etc. of galvanised iron or steel including provn of GI protection pipe light grade of 40mm bore and connected to earth strip earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No.5 of SSR Part-I 2009 and as specified or indicated and testing on completion including necessary excavation & earthwork in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, precast slab 50mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4)type B1 (reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM) of weight not less than 4kg/sqm) with frame, funnel with watering pipe of 15mm bore medium grade, wire mesh and lugs, test point including salt (150KG), Coal dust(100KG) & Magnesium sulphate (150KG) including refilling of earth pit with cultivated soil and removal of surplus soil upto 50mtrs apart etc. complete all as directed by EIC. Note: (i) Copper strip exceeding 7.5 metre long shall be measured & paid separately. (ii) The earth resistance value less than 1 ohm, failing to achieve the value the contractor shall be re do the earthing without any extra cost.

M&L in replacement of chemical earthing complete with Perforated GI Pipe of 80 mm Medium Grade with hole on peripheri in symmetric zig zag manner buried directly in ground vertically in bore of size 200 mm Dia and depth not less than 12.00 mtr below ground level connected to and including GI strip of 32x6mm as earth lead up to 18 mtr long fixed by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers and welding etc. of galvanised iron or steel including provn of GI protection pipe light grade of 40mm bore on earth strip from earth pit to test point all as shown in electrical plate No.5 of SSR Part-I 2009 and as specified or indicated and testing on completion including necessary excavation & earthwork in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, precast slab 50mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4)type B1 (reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM) of weight not less than 4kg/sqm) with frame, funnel with watering pipe of 15mm bore medium grade, wire mesh and lugs, test point including salt (350KG), Coal dust(225KG) & Magnesium sulphate (350KG) including refilling of earth pit with cultivated black cotton soil and removal of surplus soil upto 50 metre apart etc. complete all as directed. Note: (i) GI strip exceeding 18m long shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) The earth resistance value less than 1 ohm. Failing to achieve the value the contractor shall be re do the earthing without any extra cost.

Material and labour in replacement of chemical earthing complete with Copper chemical earthing Electrode 50mm dia 3 mtr long buried directly in ground vertically in bore of size 200 mm Dia and depth not less than 3.0 mtr below ground level connected to Copper strip fixed by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers and breazing etc. all as shown in electrical plate No.5 of SSR Part-I 2009 and as specified or indicated and testing on completion including necessary excavation & earthwork in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, precast slab 50mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4)type B1 (reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM) of weight not less than 4kg/sqm) with frame, funnel with watering pipe of 15mm bore medium grade, wire mesh and lugs, test point including Backfilled compound for earthing(350 Kg) & Power plus earthing Gel (20 Kg) including refilling of earth pit with cultivated black cotton soil and removal of surplus soil upto 50 metre apart etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Copper strip shall be measured & paid separately. (ii) The earth resistance value less than 1 ohm.Failing to achieve the value the contractor shall be re do the earthing without any extra cost.

Supply and fix in repair air termination, single point copper rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screw complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair copper strip 20 x 3.15 mm fixed with saddles, insulators and screws etc for roof conductor and down conductor above ground, including breazing at joints complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of existing damaged valve pits and provision of new earth pit chamber of size 30x30x30cm constructed in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) including cast iron frame with hinged pit cover of size 12"x12" having 7 Kg weight all as per electrical plate No. 3 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair GI pipe of size 25 mm, 1.5 Rm long, light grade, vertically fixed by means of PCC 1:2:4 of size 2x2x1.5 Cubic Feet for mounting of copper air termination rod including fabrication work for mounting insulators on GI Pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair copper strip 32x6 mm fixed with saddles, insulators and screws etc for roof conductor and down conductor above ground, including breazing at joints complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair earthing strip insulators made of any material as PVC/Fiber including nut and bolt suitable for fixing / support of copper/GI strip of size upto 32x6 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out existing ESD (Electro static discharge) plate of any size from fixed in wall and refixing it with PVC/Fiber insulators making good the damaged wall and compliting the job complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for cleaning the vegetation/surplus soil around the earth pits upto 1.00 metre all around the pit, cleaning the chamber of the earth pit, White wash the Chamber of earth, Moisture the earth pit with Solution (water+salt+charcoal+ magnesium sulphate) & checking the results after 3 day from moisture of the earthing using earth tester, re-activating the earth pit using suitable measures as required to bring the results within the limits of 1 /2/3/5 ohm complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) All materials required for re-activation of earthing pit will be measured and paid separately under supplied only of respective item of schedule. ii) The resistance test of earth pits to be carried out in dry season only. iii) Contractor has to submit the satisfactory earth test reasult duly countersigned by users fo payment purpose.

Supply only common salt for earth pit complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only charcoal dust complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only magnesium sulphate for earth pt complete all as specified and directed.
