M&L for hardcore of broken stone or boulders, gauge not exc 63mm, deposited spread and leveled in layers not exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base, surface finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm) including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength thickness & size/shape made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compated bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embediding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully u/s copper /aluminium point wiring (light, fan ,socket or power point ) complete,after removing wall panelling without any damage, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, socket, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody after rewiring refixing of wall panelling. and making good disribution surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down Ceiling fan cable end, dismantling blades and removing fan & blades and deposit to E/M store all as specified and as directed

Point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated but unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable 650/1100 Volts grade drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC heavy duty concealed conduit (minimum 20 mm dia external) but shall be increased as per actual site requirement in accordance with clause 19.125 of SSR part- I ISI marked with wall thickness not less than 1.8 mm including conduit accessories like bends, tees, junction boxes etc fixed concealed/ recessed in wall or ceiling etc including 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated but unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable as earth continuity wire including modular type metal flush box with cover plate and frame of required modules for mounting of modular switches, sockets, switch sockets, fan regulators with required modules all as specified etc for the following:-
