Out sourcing of services for operation of lifts at NC-II block (two lifts, 8 passenger-01, 13 passenger-01 of Make-Omega) in three shifts by deploying one lift operator per shift of 08 Hrs for operation and maintaining lift panel room, lift car and connected machinery of the lifts ,on all days including Sundays and holidays complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Note for item No 01 to 04 : (a) The work shall be carried out in shifts (As mentioned against each item of Sch) contractor shall employ one per shift, the man power detailed in such a way that each Operator gets weekly off as per prevailing Labour Act/ law. (b) The entire Lift cabin including machinery, equipments in building premises shall be kept neat and clean and necessary oil, Greasing, Minor Servicing as per manufacturer recommendation (Omega or as existing) shall be carried out to avoid any mishappening all as directed by Engr-In-Charge. (c) Contractor has to provide the two sets of uniform with MES logo to all industrial persons who are employed. (d) Operators should be provided hand tools, tester, Meggar or test lamp,safety shoes and hand gloves will be provided by the contractor without any extra cost. (e) Rates quoted shall be including minor repair as per daily weekly or monthly check. (f) Emergency light shall be provided by the contractor during night hours without any extra cost. (g) All safety precautions as per IE rules should be strictly followed by contracted employees & department shall not be held responsible for any untoward incident. (h) Attendence Register of Staff Employed will be maintained by JE E/M. If any labour is found absent, necessary penalty/recovery will be made at the rate of double of the daily min wages fixed by govt. or the rate quoted by the contractor, whichever is higher. (j) The contractor should always keep in mind that it is only the services of these contract labourers is which outsourced & not manpower.So providing reliever will be sole responsibility of contractor. (k) Qualification & experience certificate of contracted labour should be produced by contractor. (l) Contractor has to produce Photo ID of the staff employed with security pass number issued by Main Guard Air force Station. (m) GST / EPF paid certificate, attendance of employee etc. shall be enclosed with every RAR. (n) The payment to every staff employed on work shall be preferably made in the Aadhaar linked bank account through Account payee cheque only and details shall be submitted with RAR. +B19

M&L Comprehensive maintenance /repair and servicing of 13 passenger lift (07 Nos) fully comprehensive (i.e All in all) regular maintenance for round the clock, of the lift, including regular servicing, inspections, preventive maintenance by trained technicians and repair of the installations including the cost of repair / replacement of any of the worn out part without any additional charges at Type NC-I & II, DSC, C-10, W-8 & S-1,W-4 Tower. Note- (i) Six routine maintanance services for oiling & greasing. (ii) Three visits for special lift safety inspections are included in the quoted rates. The following items shall be replaced as & when required under AMC 'A' type contract i.e ("all in all").For OMEGA and Thyssen Krupp lift as existing at site (iii) Any unserviceable electrical/mechanical parts shall be replaced under AMC without any extra payment. (iv) Log sheet will be provided by the contractor and all maintenance routines will be entered and endorsed by concerned JE & Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 5 here-in-before but for 8 passenger lifts -8 Nos (7 Nos located at sl item No 5 & 1 No located at HQ SWAC)

M&L Comprehensive maintenance /repair and servicing of 13 passenger lift 01 No fully comprehensive (i.e All in all) regular maintenance for round the clock, of the lift, including regular servicing, inspections, preventive maintenance by trained technicians and repair of the installation including the cost of repair / replacement of any of the worn out parts without any additional charges at 'Alpha' block Tower Note-( i) Six routine maintanance services for oiling & greasing (ii) Three visits for special lift safety inspection are included in the quoted rates.The following items shall be replaced as & when required under AMC 'A' type contract i.e ("all in all"). For Thyssen Krupp lift as existing at site. (iii) Any unserviceable electrical/mechanical parts shall be replaced under AMC without any extra payment.

All as per item No 7 here-in-before but, for 8 passenger lift 01 No.

Note - for item Nos 5 to 8 : (i) Any required electrical/ mechanical parts of above mentioned lifts or any other parts also are to be repaired/replaced as & when it become unserviceable as per terms & conditions of Omega/ Thyssen Krupp under the AMC 'A' type contract, any cost of material & labour charge will not be paid extra . (ii) Any other material becomes un-serviceable which is not in the scope of AMC 'A' type contract is also to be repaired/replaced timely to run the lift smoothly without any extra payments . (iii) The terms & conditions of this AMC as applicable as given in Annexure I & II by OMEGA and Thyssen Krupp. (iv) The comprehensive maintenance is inclusive of inspection/testing/preventive maintenance replacement of unserviceable parts/material including labour, transportaton. (v) The complaints shall be attended forthwith as the complaints/failure from the time of receipt of same . (vi) Contractor shall rectify the defects with in 24 hrs after receipt of complaints , otherwise the complaints will be rectified by the other agency and the expenditure incurred will be recovered from the contractor in double the amount or Rs 2000/per day till proper functioning of lift whichever is higher. (vii) The load testing for lifts for 8 passenger and 13 passengers shall be carried out as per standard norms of OMEGA/Thyssen Krupp and handed over certificate to the Engineer-in-Charge. (viii) Comprehensive register shall be maintained and submitted with every RAR.
