S & F for false ceiling of Non asbestos fiber cemnet building boards, manufactured from homogeneous mixture of cement , quartz and celluose and cured with high pressure steam using aouto clacving process confriming to IS 14862, of size 600mmx600mmx 4mm thick fixed over and including anodised aluminiuum power coated (minimum tick of power coating 50 microm) snap grid frame work of T section (main & cross member) of size 25mmx25mmx1.5 mm thick in square pattern of grid size 600mmx600mm (i) The aluminium fram work willl supported on side wall with used of aluminium L section of size 25 mmx25mmx1.5mm angle etc. Snap grid shall be supported with hanger of 4mm dia, galvanised iron wire adjusting level fixed to roof slab/ truss etc by means of ceilling cleats made out of galvanised iron flat o sixe 40x3 mm size 60mm long and expension hold fastenets 12.5 mm dia 40 mm long complete all as specifed and direfcted.

M & L for applying two coat of oil bound distemper by spray machine incl prepration of old surface by complete removal existing treatment on wall through electrical oprated of grinder etc. Incl necessary minor repair of wall by putty complete all as specified and directed.
