Supply and installed, commissioning and testing of electrical control panel suitable for pumpset 3.8 lps@ 68-70 mtr head having panel box and fixed alongwith following accessories starter, start / stop push buttons, Ammeter, Voltmeter, Indicating lamps,motor control MCCB and with cable etc incl foundation work alongwith all connected acccessories complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Material and labour for boring of holes upto 100 mm bore, under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound techinque and necessary machine for drawing under ground cable etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m width and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil for taking up/ laying cable/pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling including spreding, leveling watering & well ramming in laying not exc. 25cm for soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated material at a distance not exc 50 mtr and dipositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point for soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meter below ground level) connected to galvanized iron earth strip 32 x 6 mm (main earthing lead) by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers all as per shown in electrical plate No. 5 of MES Schedule Part-I with connected to earth test point main switch board with including necessary earth work and Pre- cast RCC earth pit with cover complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of DWC HDPE pipe of SN4 category conforming to IS 14930 part I and II including accessories like HDPE snap fit coupler with neaoprene 'O' rong of size 50 mm innner dia (for protection of 50 sqmm UG cable) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for dismantling concrete pole/struts any size carefully to avoid any damage to nearby objects from area A & C and removing the old RCC poles outside MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note : Penality for Non removal of old poles @ 750/poles will be charged from contractor.

Supply and errecting steel tubular pole in replacement of RCC poles with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long) duly painted internally complete and externally painted with two coat of aluminium paint, Incl writing of MES pole NO complete all as specified and directed. Note: Earth work /excavation / PCC shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F in replacement of mounting bracket single arm forming Cap type having an interior angle of 120 degree made out of GI pipe Med grade suitable dia for fixing to street light fittings on the poles not less than 1.5 meter long duly painted with aluminium paint two coats complete all as specified and directed..

S&F in replacement of looping box (enclosures) of size 300 x 250 x 150 mm made of PVC comprising of 02 Nos bus bar 100 Amps rating fixed on porcelain insulators, earthing terminal and one MCB SP 6 Amp including MS bracket, nut an bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying/fixing XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (H/D) earthed cable aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade with standed complete all as specified and directed for 16 sqmm, 4 core nominal cross section in service connections incl taking down old cable complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for boring of holes up to 50 mm dia under road pavement, hard standing, etc by trench- less technology using ultra sound technique/manully complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge.

M & L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation of pole complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in coping of pole including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement automatic Switch complete pole mounted enclosure consisting of MCBs, Power Contactor and SMC Enclosure conforming to IP 54) for encasing full 1- phase circuit board along with automatic Switch-01, Model No SWADEEP – 02EC 3kW1P (for 3-5kW load equally distributed over 1-phase) incl all electrical connection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of 90 watt LED street light fitting 230 V, AC outdoor type,CCT 5700K with high pressure die cast hosing,toughened glass and secondery lens optics with IP 66 ingress protection effiency 120 lm/watt complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser item No 41 here in before but 70 watt capacity.

Supply and fixing in replacement of 200 watt LED high mast light fitting 230 V, AC outdoor type,CCT 5700K with high pressure die cast hosing,toughened glass and secondery lens optics with IP 66 ingress protection top opening driver cover for easy maintence effiency 120 lm/watt complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of 100 watt LED high highbay light fitting 230 V, AC ,CCT 5700K with PDC hosing, integrated PC optics and 150 lm/watt efficency, 4 KV in built and 10 KV external surge protection with IP 66 ingress protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 volt grade, (FRLS) through and including 20X12 mm PVC casing-n- copping and its accessories, cadmium screws and including 1.5 Sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable(FRLS) as earth continuity conductor and MS boxes made of 16 gauge MS sheet concealed type on walls cover 3mm thick for housing the specified and directed for One 5A socket/fan point controlled by one on way switch complete all as specified and directed.
