Table Dining 120x90cms- (FD/MAP-II/03) All shown on drg. All wood shall be of first class hard wood teak . Overall size as per Drg. Two numbers teak wood stiffners 100mm wide and 25mm thick shall be provided equally spaced joining the top legs with top rails. Eight Nos teak wood corners shall be providedand fixed with four nos of SS screws to joining the legs with top rails. The shape shall be directed by Engineer-in-charge. Top of table shall be 18mm thick pre-laminated partical board both side laminated extieror grade, shade as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 4mm thick teak wood edging shall be provided al-round the top edge of table top. Plastic laminated sheet shall be extended over the teak wood edging as shown on drg. All joints and fixing shall be done in accordance with standard workmanship. All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be french polished with high gloss finish (Lacquer finish). Hard rubber/PVC toes of 25mm dia and 25mm high shall be provided to bottom of all legs with SS serews. Rest all as per drg.

Dressing Mirror- (FD/E6/MAP/16) The overall size of mirror box/cabinat portion shall be of 600mmx1200mm which shall be supported on teak wood legs of 38x38mm & wooden brackets made out of TW section of 38x112x112mm,5.5mm thick mirror backed by 12mm thick BWR grade ply as per IS-303 covered by decorative mouldand supported on 50x28mm teak wood frame alround,shelves 03 nos each 8mm thick glass shelves supported on glass holder,sides 18mm thick prelaminated Particle board exterior grade,contionuous piano hinge to open the mirror frame in horizontal circle,magnetc catch two nos at top & bottom inside the cabinat to catch mirror frame, all wooden sufaces given two coats of french polish till attain glassy finish, rest all materials and specifications are as per Drg.

Table Bed Side- (FD-276) Timber: First class well seasoned teak wood , free from knots shall be provided,Top : 18mm thick particle board bondedwith phenol formaldehyde,exterior grade (BWR type) Shelves & Side : 12 mm thick partical board , bonded with phenol formaldehyde exterior grade(BWR type),.Plywood: Commercial 6mm thick BWR grade plywood shall be fixed at the backside of table.All wooden surfaces given two coats of french polish after primer to obtain glossy finish. Rest all material and specifications are as per Drg.

SCH 'A' PART-II (STEEL FURNITURE)

Almirah Steel Medium- (FD-1032) DIMENSION: Overall size shall be 1270mm high,765mm wide and 440mm deep. DESCRIPTION: The base shall be made of two numbers mild steel sheet channel base welded to bottom of almirah and shall be 100mm high. Mild steel sheet shall be 1mm thick for channel base. The base channel shall be welded at 50mm from each end of 765mm length and shall be up to full width of 440mm of almirah. Top, sides, back, bottom and front of almirah shall be of 1mm thick mild steel sheet. Three shelves equally spaced making four compartments shall be provided and shall be of 1mm thick mild steel sheet.Front shutters shall have two leaves.All joints and welding, fixing shall be done according standard workmanship HANDLE: A steel chromium plated handle 100mm long shall be provided to the shutter. LOCKING DEVICE: The locking device shall be three way locking device and shall also be provided with decorative key plate .Make of Lock-Harrison/Godrej. FINISH: All steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be painted with two coats of green hammerpaint over a coat of primer with spray machine after preparation of surfaces. A mark of MES shall also be provided on left top corner of front shutter of visisble colour as directed by Engr-In -Charge.Rest all as per drgs

Chair Varandah- (FD/E6/MAP/11) 12mm dia MS pipe 18 Gauge powder coated welded to seat,12mm dia MS Pipe 18 gauge powder coated welded to back legs,16mm dia MS Pipe 18 Gauge powder coated welded to front legs,Hard rubber shoe provide at each leg,12mm dia MS Pipe 18 Gauge powder coated back frame welded to seat frame,3mm thick MS Strip powder coated fixed as per place given in Drg, overall shape and size as per Drg, rest all specifications and material are as per Drg.

Chair School with Hand Board- (FD/E6/MAP/05) Over all size shall be of 585 mmWx738 mm H. 25mm dia 16 Gauge MS tube shall be provided for steel frame. Paint synthetic enamel colour black 1st class shall be used two coats over a coat of primer. One piece PVC Seat and Back shall be provided. All Diamensions, shape and size shall be followed as per drg. All joints, fixing shall be done in accordance with standard specifications. Rest all as shown on drg.

Charpoy Hard Top- (FD/MAP-II/01) DIMENSION: Overall size shall be 1980mm long, 900mm wide and 440mm high. DESCRIPTION: Two long rails and two short rails shall be of 25mmx65mmx16 guage MS rectangular pipe .The legs shall be of size 32mmx32mmx16 guage welded to long and short rails as shown on drg.Two stiffeners of size 25mmx25mmx16 guage shall be provided in equidistant between two opposite long rails. Six number cleat of size 25mmx60mmx6mm shall be welded with frame to support ply. Two stiffeners joining legs of size 25mmx25mmx16 guage shall be provided at 150mm from ground level .12mm thick commercial plywood shall be provided for top as shown on drg with proper nut and bolt .PVC hard rubber shoes shall be fixed at bottom of each legs. FINISH: All steel surfaces shall be Pre treated with epoxy powder caoted oven baked with black colour.

Rack Shoe Steel- (FD/E6/MAP/02 (R)) overall size as per Drg,3mm dia MS Rod 9 nos & 3 Nos equidistant used at place given in drg,25mm dia MS pipe used in place as shown in drg, All steel sufaces are powder coated with black colour, rest all specifications and material are as per drg.
