Table 3x2 with drawer 'W' (FD-283) DIMENSION:-Overall size shall be 900mmX600X760mm. Top Should be made up of 18 mm thick prelaminated MDF Board of color to be approved by Engr-in -Charge with mm teak wood edging The sides and back of drwer shall be of mm thick prelaminated MDF Board with telescopic channal fiited. All the timber parts should be of First Class teak Wood free from cracks, knots and any defect.The Surface should be malamine polished All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be polished with two coats of melamine polish with spray machine after preparation of surfaces Complete H shape Stiffners shall be provided. Rest all as per drg and direction obtained from Engr-in-Charge.

Table 1200x600x760 mm Marble Top/Granite Top (FD-1015) Overall size shall be 1200mm long, 600 mm wide and 760 mm high. All wood shall be of first class hard wood teak (MP). Legs, four in numbers, shall be of 55mmx35mm in section joined together at top of legs with top rails 25mmx75mm in section. The top edge of top rail shall flush with to of legs. Two stiffeners of 25mmx40mm in section shall be provided at 100mm from bottom of legs in such a way that the bottom edge of side stiffener shall be at 100mm from bottom of legs. Another stiffener of 25mmx40mm in section shall be provided in the middle of side stiffeners joining the side stiffeners. 25mm thick and 40mm deep in section bracing shall be provided in both sides joining the top rails in short and long sides in the middle. The top edge of bracing shall be flush with top edge of top rails 6mm dia mild steel lugs 35mm long shall be provided on the top of legs in such a way the 25mm of lugs shall remain in the wooden legs and 10mm of lugs shall protrude to get inserted in the holes made in marble top. The 25 mm Granite top shall project on all sides of uniform texture with top edges rounded shall be provided as shon on drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. A groove of 6mmx3mm shall be provided at 10mm from the edges at alround the bottom of marble slab. Irrespective of what is shown on drawing, 25mmx3mm and 200mm long flat iron bent to right angle shall be provided at four corners towards inside of the table.All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be polished with two coats of melamine polish with spray machine after preparation of surfaces. Steel surfaces shall be painted with two coats of paint over a coat of primer after preparation of surfaces as directed by engineer-in charge. Traingular Wooden Bracket must be provided at four corners of frame.MS Iron Strips of L shape shall be provided for the support of frame of the table.

Table Dining 6 Persons (FD/MAP-II/03) DIMENSION:Overall size shall be 1800mm long, 900mm wide and 750mm high. DESCRIPTION:All wood shall be of first class teak wood (MP).The top shall be of Post Formed prelaminated MDF board of 18/19mm thick as directed by GE/Engr-in-Charge. Four legs shall be 90mm×45mm in section and 750mm high. Legs shall be joined by 45mm×90mm teak wood rails in long and short sides at top in such a way that top of legs and top of rails shall be at one level.25mmX45mm teak wood wooden member of size 900mm long shall also be provided as shown in drg. Two stiffeners of 90mm×25mm in section shall be fixed equally spaced joining the long rails with dove tailed joints.Four wooden brackets /corners of size 100mmx100mmx35mm thick shall also be provided over 150mmx30mmx5mm angle iron bracket. 25mm×25mm PVC shoes shall be provided at the bottom of the table. H Shaped Stiffners must be provided in addition to deg.Rest all as per drgs FINISH:All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall given high gloss Malamine Polish.

SCH 'A' PART-II (STEEL FURNITURE)

Chair CB Steel with Arms (FD-444) DIMENSION:Overall size shall be 535mm wide,560mm deep and 900mm high. DESCRIPTION:Seat shall be 455mm high from floor. Conduit pipe used for frame shall be 20mm dia steel tubing having wall thickness 1.6mm Welding of frame where required shall be as directed by GE/BSO and in running welding grinded to give smooth surface.The seat and back frame of the chair shall be made up of quality sheesham wood in natural polish with polythene cane in godrej pattern confirming to IS-5378:94(Type-I) of durable quality .The wooden seat frame shall be further supported by steel strips measuring 19mm x 3mm at the front and the rear and each strip shall be welded to ERW frame.The seat and back shall be fixed by providing suitable nut bolts and washers..The arms shall be of PPCP material in lieu of wooden and shall be fixed with screws from beneath. Seat and Back should be made up of cushion foam of density 40 D of Make as approved by GE/Engineer-in-Charge over 12mm ply at bottom.Bottom of legs shall have hard rubber shoes. FINISH: All iron surfaces exposed to direct view shall be painted with two coats of enamel grey paint over a coat of primer after preparation of steel surfaces. Painting shall be done with spray machine to achieve smooth surfaces.

Chair Writing Cushioned (FD/E6/MAP/12) The frame of the chair shall be of MS tubular frame powder coated ,cantilever type of size 25mmx10mm in section. Back form shall be designed with contoured lumber support for extra comfort.12 mm thick hot pressed plywood upholstered with superior quality fabric and moulded polyurethane foam with PVC lipping alround shall be provided at seat and back.PU arms shall be of superior quality and reinforced with MS insert.It shall be scratch and wheather resistant..Steel portion of chair shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of black colour over a coat of primer.Rest all specifications are as per drg and directed by Engr-In-Charge

Charpoy with Hard Top (FD/MAP-II/02) Overall size shall be 1980mm long, 900mm wide and 440mm high. Two long rails and two short rails shall be of 25mmx65mmx16 gauge MS rectangular pipe .The legs shall be of size 32mmx32mmx16 gauge welded to long and short rails as shown on drg.Two stiffeners of size 25mmx25mmx16 gauge shall be provided in equidistant between two opposite long rails. Six number cleat of size 25mmx60mmx6mm shall be welded with frame to support ply. Two stiffeners joining legs of size 25mmx25mmx16 gauge shall be provided at 150mm from ground level .12mm thick commercial plywood shall be provided for top as shown on drg with proper nut and bolt .one nut and bolt shall also be provided at centre of each stiffeners for fixing the plywood irrespective of what is shown on drg..PVC hard rubber shoes shall be fixed at bottom of each leg. All steel surfaces shall be painted with synthetic enamel black in color before applying a coat of primer. Rest all as per drg

Rack Shoe Steel (FD/E6/MAP/02(R) ) Overall dimensions: 700mmx300mmx880mm The legs should be made up of 25 mm dia PS Pipe of 18 gauge. The 5 shelves of the rack shall be of 20 mm dia MS Pipe of 18 gauge welded to legs.The shelves shall have 3mm dia MS rod 9Nos in widthwise and 3 Nos in length wise welded to 20 mm dia shelf frame FInish: Pretreated with epoxy powder coated over baked with warm grey color

Chair Computer (FD/E6/MAP/01) The Base pedestal assembly of chair computer shall be of dia 700mm and 1060mm high .The Chrome Pedsatal shall be provided with 05 Nos of Nylon Wheels fitted into each prong for holding the castors. The seat and back of the chair computer shall be made of 12mm thick hot pressed plywood upholstered with fabric and moulded polyurethane foam. The back form shall be designed with contour lumber support for extra comfort with PVC lipping allround.The back rest shall be adjustable and consist of drop lift mechanism and shall be adjusted in the insert .It shall be scratch and weather resistant. The Back shall be made up of mesh Fabric Rest all as per drg.and as per sample approved by BSO/GE

Table Office Officer Steel (FD-1003) DIMENSION:Over all size shall be of 1680x870 x760mm. DESCRIPTION:25 mm MS square tube 1.6 mm thick shall be provide to frame 1 mm thick MS sheet nominal all around for drawer.Top shall be of 18mm thick Post formed pre-laminated MDF board ISI mark (exterior gde) one side decorative finish approved by GE .Three drawers shall be provided on right hand sides of table.A cupboard with front openable door shall be provided on the left side of the table.A shelf shall aslo be provided at the middle of cupbaord.All sheet for drawers shelf and cupboard and back covering shall be 1mm thick.Hard rubber shoes shall also be provided to the bottom of legs.Rest all as per drgs FINISH:All steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be painted with two coats of silver grey hammer paint internally and extrenally with spray machine after preparation of surfaces.A mark of MES shall also be provided on top left corner of front shutter with visible colour. Painting shall be done with spray machine.Rest all as per drg.

Table Office Clerk Steel (FD-1004) DIMENSION:Overall size shall be 1200mm long, 610mm wide and 760mm high. DESCRIPTION:Steel frame shall be of size 1160x570x742mm .four legs of 25mm mild steel tube of 1.6mm wall thickness shall be provided. Top of legs shall be joined together with 25mm square mild steel tube of wall thickness 1.6mm in long and short sides. Two short stiffeners of same size shall be provided at 130mm from bottom of legs. One long stiffener shall also be provided to the middle of short stiffeners. Three drawers of equal size shall be provided on the right hand side above the stiffener at 130mm high with overall size of 350mm wide and 430mm high and 410mm deep..The top of table shall be provided with Post Formed pre-laminated MDF board of 18/19mm thick .Hard rubber/PVC toes shall be provided to the legs.Locking device shall be provided to drawers. FINISH: All steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be painted with two coats of silver grey hammer paint internally and extrenally with spray machine after preparation of surfaces.A mark of MES shall also be provided on top left corner of front shutter with visible colour. Painting shall be done with spray machine.Rest all as per drg.
