(c) Top shall be of 19mm thick pre-laminated particle board 4mm thick teak wood edging shall be provided at al-round top of table. All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be French polished with gloss finish after preparation of surfaces. All wooden surfaces exposed to direct vision shall be French polished and all steel portion shall be given two coats of enamel black paint over a coat of red oxide primer.

Table 900X600X760 mm (FD-284) (a) Overall size shall be 900mm long, 600mm wide and 760mm high (b) All wood shall be of first class hard woo (teak wood) free from knots. (c) All joints, welding and fixing shall be done in accordance with standard workmanship/specification. (f) The top shall be of 18 mm Pre-laminated particle board melamine faced veneered decorated one side exterrior grade with 4mm thick teak wood edgin alround the top and fixed with suitable screw. (g) All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be french polished with high gloss finish. (h) Hard rubber/PVC shoe of 25 mm dia shall be provided at bottom of all legs. (j) Rest all as shown on drawing.

Board Notice (FD-1042) Overall size: (a) Overall size shall be 900mm long, 75mm deep, and 600mm high. (b) 25mm x 75mm particle board frame of commercial face with 6mm thick MDF edging all around shall be provided as shown on drawing. (c) 19mm thick soft wood board shall be fixed inside the frame over which the best quality green baize cloth shall be placed as shown on drawing. (d) Aluminum flat of 63mm x 3.25mm shall be provided all around at the back of the board. (e) On the front side, 22mm x 10mm aluminum channel shall be provided inside the particle board frame to house the 4mm thick glass shutter. (f) Rest all as per drawings.

Receptacle PVC 35 Ltrs (FD/E6/MAP/13) (a) PVC receptacle with lid and handle shall be of polymer plastic of shape and sixe as shown on drawing. (b) These shall be of branded Cello, Brite, Neelkamal, Blowplast, Godrej,Durian, Style and Spa.

Table Dining 6 Persons (FD-273) DIMENSION: (a) Overall size shall be 1500mm long, 900mm wide, and 760mm high. DESCRIPTION: (b) All wood shall be of first-class teak wood (MP). (c) The top shall be of 18mm thick pre-laminated MDF board exterior grade glossy finish natural wood color with 4mm thick teak wood beading around the edges of the top fixed with headless nails and adhesive on long sides only. (d) Four legs shall be 90mm×45mm in section and 750mm high. (e) Legs shall be joined by 45mm×90mm teak wood rails in long and short sides at the top in such a way that the top of the legs and the top of the rails shall be at one level. (f) 25mm×45mm teak wood wooden member of size 900mm long shall also be provided as shown in drawing. (g) Two stiffeners of 90mm×25mm in section shall be fixed equally spaced joining the long rails with dove-tailed joints. (h) Four wooden brackets /corners of size 100mmx100mmx35mm thick shall also be provided over 150mmx30mmx5mm angle iron bracket. (i) 25mm×25mm PVC shoes shall be provided at the bottom of the table. (j) Rest all as per drawings. FINISH: (k) All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be given high gloss French polish. (l) The polish shall be Melamine by Asian Paints/Nerolac/Berger. (m) Note: Entire polish work shall be done in the presence of the Engr-in-charge at BSO yard of GE (N) Pune. (n) Rest all as shown on drawing.

Chair Easy (FD-229) (a) All diamension shall be shown on drawing. (b) All wood shall be first class hard wood (teak wood) free from knots. (c) Seat and back shall be woven with plastic cane of 2 mm wide 0.4mm thick Shah or premier brand in Godrej pattern. (d) Hard PVC ring shall be provided to bottom of all legs with screw (e) All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be french polished with high glows finish. (f) All joints and fixing shall be in accordance with standard workmanship/specifications. (g) Rest all other items, fittings and fixtures shall be as per shown on drawing.

Meat Safe Large (FD-370) DIMENSION: (a) Overall size shall be 1300mm long, 540mm wide, and 840mm high. DESCRIPTION: (b) All wood shall be of 1st class teakwood (MP). (c) Legs shall be 45mm x 45mm at the top and 30mm x 30mm at the bottom. (d) 40mm x 19mm stiffeners shall be provided on long sides and short sides connecting legs. (e) Bottom and 75mm x 19mm teak wood frame shall be provided at the top. (f) Two numbers of intermediate stiffeners of 75mm x 19mm section. (g) Front shutters of wire gauge shall be provided with 50mm x 19mm section mild steel styles. (h) Wire gauge shall be of 12mm mesh and 20mm gauge. (i) Side shutters of wire gauge fixed on the frame made of 50mm x 19mm section, shutters fixed on sides. (j) 19mm x 12mm wooden bearers, two numbers, shall be provided at the middle of the sides. (k) Seven numbers of 50mm x 19mm thick wooden battens shall be provided over the side bearers. (l) Back of meat safe shall be of 19mm thick wooden planks. (m) 25mm of marble chips top shall be provided over the top of the meat safe pre-cast stub to be reinforced as directed by GE. (n) 75mm long aluminium hasp and staple shutter to be provided to the top of the shutter. (o) 25mm long butt hinges, four in number (two to each shutter) shall be provided to the front shutter. (p) Two numbers (one on each shutter) ball spring catch shall be provided to each shutter. FINISH: (q) Two coats of white synthetic paint over a coat of primer shall be provided to all wooden surfaces with a spray machine.

Mate Safe (Small) (FD-369) DIMENSION: (a) Overall size shall be 900mm x 540mm x 840mm. DESCRIPTION: (b) Timber shall be well-seasoned, 1st class teak wood. (c) Legs shall be 45mm x 45mm at the top and 30mm x 30mm at the bottom. (d) The top shall be of an 18-20mm thick polished slab (single piece) of marble as shown in the drawings. (e) Best quality 25mm long hangers (04 Nos), aluminum handles 100mm long (02 Nos), ball spring catches (02 Nos), wire gauge of size 12mm mesh, 20 gauge, and 75mm aluminum hasp and staple shall be used as per drawings. (f) High-class glossy finish with two coats of synthetic enamel paint shall be used except for the wire gauge. FINISH: (g) Rest all as per drawing.

Hot Case Large (FD-364) DIMENSION: (a) Overall size shall be 1350mm long, 540mm wide, and 840mm high. DESCRIPTION: (b) All wood shall be of first-class hardwood teak (MP). Legs shall be 90mm x 90mm at the top, 60mm x 60mm at the bottom, and 20mm high, made to shape as shown in the drawing. The front and side shall be tapering. The legs shall be joined together on the short and long sides with stiffeners 80mm x 38mm in section, provided flush to the top of the legs. (c) Bottom, side (left and right), and front shutters (two in number) shall be of 19mm thick commercial particle board. The outside visible portion of the front shutter, left and right sides, shall have a 1.5mm thick plastic laminated sheet fixed with Fevicol. (d) The back of the Hot Case shall be of 12mm thick particle board. (e) The back of the Hot Case shall have a teak wood frame with two horizontal teak woods of 75mm x 19mm in section, joined by two sides at each end with rails of 75mm x 19mm in section. An intermediate stiffener, in the middle of the long horizontal rails, shall be provided with 75mm x 19mm section wooden tails. The top shall have a 30mm thick polished stone slab in one piece, provided as directed by the Engineers-in-charge. (f) The bottom of the frame shall have a thick plain asbestos sheet. All inside surfaces, bottom, top side, and front shall have 22-gauge aluminum sheet lining fixed as directed by the Engineers-in-charge. (g) Two shelves of flat iron frame of 12mm x 3mm dia mild steel shall be provided over 12mm dia mild steel pins as supports, as directed by the Engineers-in-charge. (h) Weld mesh shall be welded to the flat iron as directed by the Engineers-in-charge. (i) Two anodized metallic knobs shall be provided as directed by the Engineers-in-charge. (j) 6mm thick teak wood edging shall be provided all around the front shutters of the Hot Case.

Board Notice (FD-99(R) (a) Overall size shall be 2440mm wide, 100mm deep, and 1220mm high. (b) All wood shall be of first-class hard wood teak (MP). TW frame of 100mmx50mm with shutters out of 45mmx25mm section fixed with piano type hinges 20mmx25mm size to the framework. (c) 12mm thick softwood board shall be fixed over 6mm thick plywood in the side of the frame over which best quality green baize cloth shall be fixed as shown on the drawing. (d) Sheet glass in shutters shall be of 5mm thickness. (e) The board shall be fixed to the wall with rawl plugs and 02 Nos. key plates of size 40mmx25mm. All wooden surfaces exposed to direct vision shall be French polished and all steel portions shall be given two coats of enamel black paint over a coat of red oxide primer.

Desk With Dais (FD-399) Specifications shall be as per drawing only.

Pointer Med 1200 mm (FD-1041) (a) Overall size of pointer long shall be of size 1200mm long and 25mm dia at one end and 12mm dia at other end. (b) Pointer shall be of round shape made from teak wood and shall have smooth surface. (c) All wooden portion exposed shall be French polished to obtain glossy finish.

Pointer Long 1525 mm (FD-1041) (a) Overall size of pointer long shall be of size 1525mm long and 25mm dia at one end and 12mm dia at other end. (b) Pointer shall be of round shape made from teak wood and shall have smooth surface. (c) All wooden portion exposed shall be French polished to obtain glossy finish.

Pointer Small (FD-1041) (a) Overall size of pointer long shall be size of 900mm long and 25mm dia at one end and 12mm dia at other end. (b) Pointer shall be of round shape made form teak wood and shall have smooth surface. (c) All wooden portion exposed shall be French polished to obtained glossy finish. (d) Rest all as per dtg & all as specified.

Black Board With Easel & Pointer (FD-1041) DIMENSION: (a) Overall size of the blackboard shall be 1200x900mm. Easel height shall be adjustable from 1500mm to 1800mm. DESCRIPTION: (b) The Black Board with Easel & Pointer shall be a high-quality, portable unit designed for professional use, made entirely of first-class teakwood. (c) The blackboard surface shall be constructed of high-quality fiber-glass (3mm thickness), ensuring durability and a smooth, non-porous surface for chalk use. (d) The board shall be framed with solid teakwood, selected for its strength, aesthetic appeal, and durability. (e) The frame shall be 50mm wide, carefully crafted with mortise-and-tenon or dovetail joints for a sturdy, seamless construction. (f) The edges of the frame shall be rounded and polished for a smooth finish. (g) The easel shall be made from first-class teakwood, with a sleek and polished finish to match the blackboard. (h) The easel shall be designed to support the blackboard securely and shall be equipped with an adjustable height mechanism, allowing the easel to be raised or lowered between 1500mm and 1800mm. (i) The easel shall be equipped with a tilting mechanism, allowing the blackboard to be adjusted to a comfortable angle for both writing and viewing. Desk Lecture Stand (FD-1022) (a) The overall size of the Bed shall be 970mm wide, 680mm deep, and 1220mm high. (b) All wood shall be of first-class hardwood teak (MP). Uprights of 75mmx75mm in sections up to 1220 height on the rear side 635mm apart shall be provided. (c) Uprights shall be joined at the bottom, middle, and top with 75mmx50mm rails on the front and sides. (d) The base at the bottom on the front side shall be 785mm long 125mmx50mm in size and shall be joined with rear uprights with the sides of the base which shall be 430 mm long and 125mmx50mm in size. (e) 150mmx12mm size footrest of size 635mm long shall be fixed to the side of the bottom base with two 19mmx19mm bearers. (f) The two side rails fixed at the top at 1095mm from the bottom shall be 570mm long 75 75mmx50mm and shall form part of the top joining the top rail 75mmx50mm and 760mm long with 110mmx19mm TW plank on sides and 185mmx19mm on front. (g) Two sloping TW bearers 19mmx19mm with 40mmx40mmmm TW beads shall be fixed to sloping upright supports for creating a shelf made of 12mm thick Pre-laminated Particle board. (h) Another horizontal shelf 230mm below the top shelf shall be provided by TW bearers 19mmx19mm with 25mmx19mm TW bead over which 6mm thick Plywood board shall be fixed as shown in drg. (j)The front and sides of the desk stand shall be covered with 6mm teak veneered Plywood. All plywood edges exposed to view shall be covered with PVC lipping. (k) One tube light 36 Watt, 600mm long with proper electric connections concealed in such a way to be not visible from outside shall be provided.

Hat Stand With Mirror (FD-233) (a) Timber: All wood work shall be of first class hard wood kiln seasoned (MP teak Wood). (b) Plywood: 4mm thick teak ply one side teak face and other side commercial face for front and 4mm thick plywood both side commercial face for back shall be provided. (c) Mirror: 5.5mm thick sheet glass of following make ATUL/MODIGAURD/GOLDEN FISH shall be provided. The mirror shall not have wavy image. (d) Pegs: Brass pegs of size 120mm x 75mm (overall) shall be fixed with brass screws as directed by the GE. (e) Polish: All exposed surface of wood work shall be french polished. (f) Painting: Key plate shall be painted with synthetic enamel paint as shown in the drawing. (g) All other details/fittings: shall be as shown on the drawing.

Table Conference Steel (FD-1001) (a) Overall size shall be 2135mm long, 1065mm wide, and 760mm high. (b) All wood shall be of first-class hardwood teak (M). Legs shall be four in number 75mmx40mm in section and 740mm high. (c) The top of the legs shall be joined together with top wood rails of 25mmx100mm in section both in short and long sides. (d) Two numbers of wooden stiffener, equally spaced, joined long rails shall be provided of 100x25mm in section with dove-tailed joint at the ends. (e) Two short stiffeners 25mmx50mm in section shall be provided in short sides joining legs at 100mm from the bottom in short sides. A long stiffener of 25mmx50mm in section shall be provided in the middle of the short stiffeners, joining short stiffeners at 100mm from the bottom. (f) The top shall be of 18mm thick particle board with a commercial face over which a 1.5mm thick plastic laminated sheet shall be fixed. The top shall be free of waves, air bubbles, etc, and fixed as per standard workmanship 5mmx5mm in section groove shall be made in the visible portion of legs on the top of legs. (g) All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be French polished with lacquer finish as directed by Engr-in-charge. (h) PVC shoes of 25mm dia and 25mm high shall be screwed under the bottom of all legs. Irrespective of what is shown in the drawing. Four flat iron angles of 25mm x 3mm and 200mm long shall be provided at the inner side of four corners and eight numbers flat iron angles of 20mmx3mm and 200mm long shall be provided to places joining legs with long and short rails. 4mm thick teak wood edging shall be provided to the edges of the top table. All wooden surfaces exposed to direct vision shall be French polished and all steel portion shall be given two coats of enamel black paint over a coat of red oxide primer.

Table Dining 6 Persons (FD/MAP-II/03) (a) Timber shall be first class hard wood (teak wood) and free from knots. (b) Top of table shall be of 18 mm thick Pre-laminated particle board, melamine faced veneered decorated one side and other balancing exterior grade with 4 mm thick teak wood edgin around to top fixed with screw. (c) All joints/fixing shall be in accordance with standard workmanship and specification. (d) Triangular teak wood stiffener 8 Nos shall be provided to strength thr joint at corner of legs with other members. (e) All wooden exposed surfaces shall be french polished to give glossy finish. (f) PVC hard ring shall be approved quality. (g) Rest all as per shown in drawing.

Bench Workshop (FD-1024) (a) Overall size shall be 1800mm long, 900mm wide, and 760mm high. (b) All wood shall be of first-class hardwood teak (MP). Legs shall be 60mmx60mm in the section at the top and 50mmx50mm in the section at the bottom. (c) Four legs shall joined at the top with 25mmx125mm in section top rails on long and short sides. 25mmx50mm in section bottom stiffener. 100mm from the bottom of the legs, shall be provided joining legs in long and short sides. (d) Viewing from the front, on the right-hand side, a drawer 450mm wide shall be provided in the top rail. The left drawer shall have a 25mm x 125mm teak wood plank joining long rail. (e) The sides and back of the drawer shall have 12mm thick teak wood plank. The front of the drawer shall have 19mm thick teak wood plank. 25mm x 25mm in section teak wood bearers shall be provided at the bottom of the drawer on both sides. (f) A packing piece of 35mm x 50mm in section shall be provided on the right-hand sides for the support of the bearer between the legs. (g) The bottom of the drawer shall be of 6mm thick commercial plywood. 100mm long aluminum handle shall be provided to the drawer for locking purposes. The top of the table shall be of 40mm thick teak wood planks. The width of planks shall not be less than 180mm and joined together. All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be french polished with a high gloss finish. All wooden surfaces exposed to direct vision shall be French polished and all steel portion shall be given two coats of enamel black paint over a coat of red oxide primer.

SCH 'A' PART-II (STEEL FURNITURE)

Charpoy IP Hard Top (FD/MAP-II/01) (a) All diamension shape and size shall be as shown in drawing and as specified. (b) All joints, welding and fixing shall be done in accordance with standard workmanship/specification. (c) All mild steel menber shall be spray painted unless otherwise specified. (d) 12 mm thick ply wood to be fitted on top with screw with MS cleat and stiffeners with cup and washer. (e) Stiffeners of size 25mm x 25mmx16 gauge of MS tube shall be provided. (f) 25mmx60mmx6 MS cleat shall be welded with frame to support ply wood (g) 32mmx32mmx16 gauge MS legs shall be provided. (h) 25mmx65mmx16 gauge MS tube frame alround shall be provided.

Locker Bed Side Steel (FD-1029) Supply Locker Bed Side Steel as per FD-1029 with half hanging and half shelves arrangement all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (a) The overall dimensions of the side locker shall be 760 mm in length, 600 mm in width, and 1100 mm in height. (b) The bedside locker shall be designed with half-side hanging and half-side shelves to optimize storage functionality. (c) Two handles, measuring 100 mm in length x 18 mm x 3 mm size of chromium-plated, 20 mm dia chromium plated steel conduit pipe 1.6 mm thick with socket shall be provided for locker. (d) A hasp and staple, made of chromium-plated steel with dimensions of 75 mm x 40 mm x 3 mm, shall be securely affixed to the shutters. (e) The tower bolt and ISI-marked hinges shall conform to approved quality standards as illustrated in the accompanying drawings. (f) All joint weldings and fixings shall be executed in accordance with standard workmanship practices. (g) All steel surfaces shall be finished with a dual color scheme featuring light and dark shades of approved color. (h) All other items, fittings, and fixtures shall comply with the specifications detailed in the drawings. (j) The locker shall be constructed from 1 mm thick MS sheet, utilized consistently for the top, sides, back, front, shelves, bottom, and legs, all covered with 1 mm MS sheet. (k) Additiionally, a designated portion for an internal safe is to be included in the bottom hanging section of size 360mm x 110mm x 360mm of the bed side locker. The internal safe dimensions shall be of Length 300mm , Height 110mm and width of 360 mm out of the portion created. The safe will be equipped with a six lever lock, which can be either of Godrej/Harrison/Link. The safe should be accessible via a channel slider, either of Godrej/Hettich/Volo. This addition is to provide secure storage, enhancing the overall functionality and safety of the bed side locker. (l) Rest all as per drawing. Remarks: All locks shall be of a minimum 6-lever made out of brass, sourced from a reputed manufacturer to ensure durability and security.

Book Case Steel (FD-1047) Overall size: (a) Overall size shall be 840mm long, 310mm wide, and 1675mm high. (b) The back, sides, top bottom, and shelves shall be of mild steel sheet 1.25mm thick. (c) The bottom 120mm high portion shall have a 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet as an extra piece welded to the bottom sheet of 1.25mm thick. (d) The gap on both sides shall be covered with a 10mm wide 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet of 120mm high. (e) The bookcase shall have four equal compartments. (f) Channels of 1mm thick mild steel sheet shall be provided on the top sides of the front glass shutter for holding the wheel. (g) Another channel of 30mm and of 1.25mm mild steel sheet shall be made and fitted to front shutters for forming a guide rail which moves over the channel of 25mm of 1mm mild steel track in such a way that when the shutter shall open it slides inside the back shelf. (h) 65mm wide 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet frame shall be provided around the front glass of each compartment. (i) A 3mm thick glass pane shall be fixed to the front shelves of each compartment. (j) 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet 280mm long shall be provided at the top and bottom of each glass shutter of each compartment. (k) Two steel chromium-plated handles 100mm long and a four-lever brass lock of 50mm shall be provided to each shutter of each compartment. (l) All steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be painted with automotive paint over a coat of primer after preparation of surfaces as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Rack Adj Steel Six Tier (FD-1038) (a) Overall size shall be 915mm long,500 mm deep and1905mm high. (b) Four vertical angles of 40mmx40mmx4mm shall be provided at corners . (c) Bottom and intermediate shelves shall be provided of 1 mm thick mild steel sheet. (d) The rack shall be enclosed by mild steel sheet 1 mm thick on top,sides,back and bottom fixed to angle iron with spot welding. (e) Four anglr corners brackets of mild steel sheet shall be provided at corners of top and bottom shelves of size 75x75x3mm thick. (f) Five shelves equally spaced to make six equal compartments shall be provided of 1mm thick MS Sheet. (g) All joints and weldings, fixing shall be done in accordance with standard workmanship. (h) All steel sueface shall be given two coats of enamel paint over a coat of primer after preaparation of steel surface. (h) Rest all as shown on drawing.

Stool Steel 2' Height (FD-81(M) DIMENSION: (a) Overall size shall be 305mm long, 305mm wide, and 760mm high. DESCRIPTION: (b) Stool shall be made out of 1mm thick mild steel sheet as shown on drawing. (c) Legs shall be of angular frame. (d) Bottom stiffeners shall be of 1mm. (e) Surface exposed to view when placed in position shall be painted with two coats of enamel paint over a coat of primer after preparation of surfaces. (f) Tint of paint shall be as directed by GE. (g) The painting shall be done with spray machine. (h) Rest all as shown on drawing.

Table Cook House (steel) (FD-1019) DIMENSION: (a) Overall size shall be 900x540x840mm. DESCRIPTION: (b) All steel used in the manufacturing of the frame structure shall be 25mm square MS with a wall thickness of 1.6mm. (c) The top shall be of 25mm thick marble stone slab duly finished and rounded edges. (d) 6mm dia MS lugs (04 in nos) shall be provided at the top of the upper rails through welding for the support of the stone top. (e) Hard rubber toes shall also be provided to the bottom of each leg. (f) All dimensions, shapes, and sizes shall be followed as per drawing. (g) All joints and fixing shall be done in accordance with standard specifications. (h) Rest all as shown on drawing. FINISH: (i) All steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be painted with two coats of silver grey hammer paint internally and externally with a spray machine after preparation of surfaces. (j) A mark of MES shall also be provided on the top left corner of the front shutter with visible color. (k) Painting shall be done with a spray machine. (l) Rest all as per drawing.

Trestle Store Room Steel (FD-1043) (a) Overall size shall be 2440mm long, 600mm wide and 300mm high. (b) Two long angle iron 40mm x 40mm x 6mm of mild steel 1980mm long shall be provided 520mm apart at bottom connected with 50mm x 3mm flat iron bracing, four in numbers and equally spaced with 50mmx50mmx6mm T-iron. (c) Two flat iron mild steel bracing of 50mmx3mmm shall be provided as a cross bracing joining vertical T-iron provided t four equally spaced members of T-iron. (d) Two ling mild steel angle iron 40mmx40mmx6mm of 2440 mm ling shall be provided at top. (e) Two short mild steel angle iron 40mmx40mmx6mm of 600 mm length shall be provided at both the ends of trestle. (f) Two numbers 50mmx50mmx6mm T-iron 600 mm ling shall be provided equally spaced joining two long angle iron. (g) Four cross bracings at top shall be provided with 50mmx3mm mild steel flat iron bracing. Four mild steel flat iron struts shall be provided to each side of the trestle. (j) All steel and iron work surfaces shall be painted with two coats of enamel paint over a coat of primer with spray machine after preparation of steel surfaces on exposed to view when placed in position. All steel surfaces internally or externally exposed to view shall be given two coats of enamel paint over a coat of primer after preparation of steel surfaces where ever working of painting shall be feasible. Painting shall be done with spray machine.

Form With Back (FD-78 (M)) (a) Overall size shall be 1800 mm long, 490 mm wide, and 900 mm high. (b) The steel frame shall be of 25 mm square tube with a wall thickness of 1.6 mm. The frame of the seat level shall be 300mm wide and at bottom of the legs level shall be 460mm wide. (c) Stiffeners of 25mm square tube shall be provided at the bottom. The top of the side stiffener shall be 100mm from the bottom. 25mm square tube shall be stiffened with a long stiffener made to shape, welded in the middle of the side stiffener. (d) Seat shall be made of 18mm thick Pre-laminated Particle board exterior grade one side with laminated teak veneers and other side balancing white conforming to IS- 12823 bolted to frame with 3mm dia GI bolts fixed with nuts & washers. (e) The steel frame shall be 1500mm long in such a way that the teak wood seat shall project 150mm from on each side. (f) The back rest of the wood shall be 1800mm long 150mm wide and 19mm thick fixed to the steel frame with GI bolts & nuts and washers.

Chair Tub CB Steel with Arms (FD-75(M)) DIMENSION: (a) Overall size shall be 535mm wide, 560mm deep, and 900mm high. DESCRIPTION: (b) The seat shall be 455mm high from the floor. (c) Conduit pipe used for the frame shall be 20mm dia mild steel tubing having a wall thickness of 1.6mm. (d) Welding of the frame where required shall be as directed by GE, with running welding ground to give a smooth surface. (e) The seat and back frame of the chair shall be made up of quality teak wood in natural polish with polythene cane in Godrej pattern, conforming to IS-5378:94 (Type-I) of durable quality. (f) The wooden seat frame shall be further supported by steel strips measuring 19mm x 3mm at the front and the rear, with each strip welded to the ERW frame. (g) The seat and back shall be fixed by providing suitable nut bolts and washers. (h) The arms shall be made of PPCP material in lieu of teak wood and shall be fixed with screws from beneath. (i) Weaving in the teak wood seat and back shall be done with a plastic cane in a Godrej pattern. Cane shall be 2mm wide and 0.4mm thick, Gola type, weighing not less than 6 gms/10 RM. (j) The bottom of the legs shall have hard rubber shoes. FINISH: (k) All iron surfaces exposed to direct view shall be stove-enamel painted with two coats of enamel grey paint over a coat of primer after preparation of steel surfaces. (l) Painting shall be done with a spray machine to achieve smooth surfaces.

Almirah Med Steel With Shelf (FD-1032) (a) Overall size shall be 760mm long x 440mm wide x 1270mm high. (b) The base shall be made of two members Mild steel sheet channel bases welded to bottom of Almirah and shall be 100 mm high. (c) Mils steel sheet shall be 1mm thick. (d) The base channel shall be welded at 50 mm from each end of the lrngth of 765mm length and shall be up to full width of 440mm of Almirah. (b) DESCRIPTION: The top sides, back, bottom, and front shall be of 1mm thick mild steel sheet. Base shall be made of 02 Nos mild steel sheet channels back welded to the bottom of the almirah. 04 shelves equally spaced making 05 compartments shall be provided with a concealed locking system without handles as approved by GE. The legs of the almirah should be covered with 1 mm mild steel. (c) FINISH: All steel surfaces shall be pretreated with epoxy powder coating by 07 tank process and oven-dried with the following specifications: (i) Dry film thickness of more than 45 microns. (ii) Salt spray test to withstand more than 1000 hrs. (iii) Adhesion as per DN 53152 standards. (iv) Pencil scratch hardness more than 2H. (v) The color shade of the outer steel body should be in the dual shade. (Shades as decided by GE). (d) NOTE: Test certificates of powder coating are to be submitted. Aluminium Ladder (FD-1025) (a) STRINGERS: The stringers shall be constructed from high-quality aluminium with a minimum wall thickness of 3.18mm, ensuring structural strength and durability. (c) TOP SURFACE: The top surface shall be constructed from 25mm thick teakwood, finished with a smooth, durable veneer or laminate, or granite/marble (if specified) for a high-quality, easy-to-clean surface. (d) STORAGE AND DRAWERS: The counter shall include storage compartments and drawers designed for maximum utility. Drawers shall be constructed from teakwood with smooth, self-closing mechanisms and high-quality metal runners. Each drawer shall feature a brass or stainless steel handle with an elegant design. The storage compartments shall be spacious, organized, and suitable for office supplies, cash registers, etc. (e) LEGS: The counter legs shall be made of solid teakwood, 150mm in height from the ground, square or rectangular in shape, providing a sturdy base. Rubber or brass feet shall be provided at the base of each leg to protect flooring and ensure stability. (f) SECURITY: The counter shall include a lockable drawer or compartment for secure storage, equipped with a brass or stainless steel locking mechanism and two keys. (g) BACK PANEL: The back panel shall be fully enclosed with teakwood, offering a clean and secure structure. Cable management holes shall be included for easy access to power cords and equipment. (h) FINISH: The teakwood frame and surfaces shall be finished with clear lacquer or wood polish, providing a smooth, glossy surface that highlights the natural grain and protects against moisture, scratches, and wear. The metal hardware, including handles, locks, and hinges, shall be made of brass or stainless steel, polished for a high shine. The countertop shall be finished to ensure smoothness and durability. A visible mark of MES shall be placed on the back panel for identification. Rest all as per the drawing.
