M&L 10 mm thick plaster in CM (1:3) mixed with waterproofing compound on padding layer for roof treatment all as directed and as specified by Engr-in- Charage. (Note :- WPC shall be measureded and paid seperately supply only.)

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab including parapet comprising with the following course of treatment / specification from bottom to top:- (a) Applying bituminous primer @ 0.40 litre per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof including parapet surfaces. (b) one layer of APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufacturer, 3 mm thick, weight not less than 3.6 Kgs per Sqm, reinforced with non woven polyester fabric or weight not less 150 gms per sqm. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60 cm 9 minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. Note:- (i) Laying of APP based membrane shall be done by torching method and as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 150 mm and 100 mm should be made in the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and all overlaps and joints are properly sealed as per manufacturer's instructions. (iii) Applying two coats of Bituminous aluminium paint on top of APP membrane cover including testing on complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of RCC as in lintels, chajja,manole cover landing,stair case of cement concrete reinforced of similar suspended works complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L RCC nominal mix type B1 1:2:4 using 20mm graded aggregate as chajja etc and incl necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F TMT steel bars, 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with & including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Taking down of cement plaster of any description on brick walls or concrete surfaces etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 on ceiling to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finishing the surface even and even smooth without using extra cement. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering in in two layers 5mm thick inCM 1:4,over 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:6 on fair face of brick work/Stone or concrete surface to be finished even and smooth without using extra cemen Including WPC compound 3% by weight of cement.(Note :a) Intergial WPC Compound shall be used in sencond layer,b) Intergial WPC shall be paid seperately on supply only complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall incl sweeping clean with brush to remove loose dust, sand, etc and applying two coats of heavy duty waterproofing coat (Dr Fixit Wounderproof-1 or equivalent) by mixing water @ 25-30% to make slurry coating and allow 4 to 6 hrs time for drying up of first coat before application of second coat in perpendicular direction of first coat and further left to dry for 4 hrs complete all as specified and directed as per manufacturer instructions. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for preparation and applying three coats of white wash on new plastered surface of celing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applaying two coat of oil bond distemper over a coat of primer over and inclunding 3 mm wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L Preparation of newly plastered surface and applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L Preparation of old surfaces of ceiling including scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc by hand held sander / long handle sander including cornices, pilasters etc (Plastered or unplastered surfaces) and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L Preparation of old surfaces of wall removing nails including scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc by hand held sander / long handle sander including cornices, pilasters etc (Plastered or unplastered surfaces) , filling undulation and holes with putty and applying one coat of oil bound distemper with roller finish complete all as directed.on walls etc.complete as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L Preparing old decorated surfaces by complete removal of existing treatment, scraping down, washing, rubbing down and stopping of painted surface of walls & ceiling including roof projection / chajjas and by hand held sander / long handle sander including cornices, pilasters etc (Plastered or unplastered surfaces) and applying Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade on Two coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.9lit/10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Removal of all loose/unsound/bad/damaged concrete or plaster existing RCC structure of slab/beams/walls by using chesel/hammar .Cut and remove unsound reinforcement bars, wires etc without damaging the sound reinforcement . clean loose rust from bars manually with brush . fixing new supplymentary bars if required,either by tying it with existing bars or by welding on it. Applying eppoxy bonding agent and making good with polymer modified plaster/micro concrete as required thickness over a coat of rust removing alkaline primer and match the finishing to the existing surface in ground floor including formwork complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S&F in repairs 75 mm PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors or in walls complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S&F in repair PVC(SWR) bend any radius, 75 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S&F in repairs PVC (SWR) pipes 110 mm single socketed in any length with rubbering joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S&F in repairs PVC bend 110 mm dia with accees door complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Taking down 20 mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S&F 500ltr capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Refixing 500 ltr Capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Dismantling exc 500 and n exc 1000 ltr water tank removing to store complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S&F 1000ltr capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Refixing 1000 ltr Capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Dismantling of Galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheets in roofing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of approved colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws / J-type or L-type bolts bitumen's washer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description, as in rafters, purlins and wind ties etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S&F mild steel rolled sections confirming to grade E-250 (Fe-410W quality A) as in main cross beams, hip or jack rafters / purlins where connected to common rafters etc. fixed with angle cleat or other connecting plates complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles all as specified

M&L Pre cast cement concrete block type C-1 1:3:6 Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate exc 10 CM in width and setting in CM 1;6 complete all as specified.

Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not other wise specially provided for cement concete (unreinforced) and all as specified and directed.

M & L cement concrete tye D-2, 1:3:6 ( 40 mm graded aggregate ) 75 mm thick as in plinth protection
