Note for item No 3 & 4 (i) Replacement of unserviceable Spare part will be measured & paid separately under respective item of Schedule (ii) Servicing of item shall be carried out by skilled technician or any OEM / its authorised Service provider (iii) Necessory T & P required for servicing deemed to be included in the quoted rate

Material and labour for changing of OEM recommended gear oil of EOT crane of capacity 0.3 to 10 ton after draining out old oil cleaning of gear box etc complete all as directed .

S&F in repair power contactors of capacity 32 Amp 3 pole, 415/110 volt fixed to EOT crane & connecting complete all as directed .

Supply and fix in repair single phase preventer for EOT crane & connecting complete all as directed .

S&F in repair / replacement of Flame proof Pendent of EOT crane with capacity 0.3 ton to 10 ton including (Forward & Reverse, Left & Right, Start & Stop, Up & Down, Emergency Stop,Micro mode ) all connecting function complete all as directed .

Dismantling & Refixing of wire rope of EOT/HOT crane from Rope Drum of capacity of 0.3 ton to 10 ton connecting complete all as directed . (Note -Checking of wire for its strenghing capacity and serviceability of steel wire rope.)

M&L for 1 HP capacity electric motor of EOT crane, AC 3 phase, by dismantling the motor and taking out the old winding wires, cleaning the slots, rewinding the motor with appropriate size of super enamelled copper winding wire, and varnishing complete including replacing the worn out bearing reassembling the motor fixing in same position and testing complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for 2 HP capacity electric motor of EOT crane, AC 3 phase, by dismantling the motor and taking out the old winding wires, cleaning the slots, rewinding the motor with appropriate size of super enamelled copper winding wire, and varnishing complete including replacing the worn out bearing reassembling the motor fixing in same position and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L and labor for removing the gear box of EOT crane of any capacity drain out the gear oil , ,replace unserviciable parts , gas cutts,oil seal and refixing to original position ,testing on full load complete all as specified and directed.

Maintenance and servicing of 750 KVA DG set of Make Kirloskar including connected Alternator, Panel Board (AMF/ Non AMF) and carrying out routine 'B' check of the engine complete for smooth functioning all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed NOTES: (i) Control switches such as ACB,MCCB, contactors, multi display meter and engine control unit shall be out of scope of the item of work and the rate quoted shall inclusive of servicing/ maintenance of the above said fittings (ii) Spare parts, engine oil and radiator coolant oil required for replacement during the maintenance period shall be measured and paid separately as supply & fixing (iii) Cost of all consumables required during the maintenance period shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for this item,contractor to be provided fuel filter, oil filter, water filter,top head gaskets,fuel pipes, battery terminal & battery lead (iv) Maint and servicing should be carried out through authrised service cerntre only

Material and labour in replacement for provision of earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m deep below normal ground connected to galvanised mild steel strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanized steel, watering pipe of 20 mm bore galvanised iron medium grade and 40 mm bore galvanised iron light grade for earth strip protection including all excavation, earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 and RCC 1:2:4, type B1 for precast chamber cover 50 mm thick, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM Jali (weight not less than 4.00 Kg / sqm), with charcoal, salt, funnel complete all as shown in the electrical plate No 3 of SSR part –I and testing on completion. Note : (i) Earth result after installation completely should be less than 5 Ohm .(ii) Quoted rates shall be deemed to include for earth strip with protection pipe of 7.5 M length.
