Supply, installation commissioning and testing of Electric non Biodegradable Hazardous Waste Incinerator machine running electrically of capacity Min 10 KG per Hour all as directed

Supply, and Fixing in Position as dierected with Necessary PCC Work of Heavy Duty Plastic /Metallic Garbage Bin of Min 1000 Ltr with Lifting Hook Arrangement as desired all as directed

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing, feeder pillar board, LT (415 Volts, 50 Hz , 3-phase, 4 wire supply),CPRI approved, plinth mounted, factory made, outdoor type, weather and vermin proof (Protection Class IP-54) made out of 50mm x 50mm x 5mm angle iron frame and 3.15 mm thick MS Sheet CRCA sheet powder coated with front & back hinged opening, rubber lining, locking arrangement, painted externally and internally with two coats of synthetic enamel gray paint (First Quality) over a coat of red oxide primer, grouting panel through angle iron, 0.2 mtr in ground and 0.5 mtr over the ground including excavation & earth work in any type of soil and PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate complete comprising of the followings:- (a) Incoming supply:- (i) Aluminium bus bar chamber 200 amps rating of 04 strip - 01 No (ii) MCCB, thermal and magnetic setting, 4 pole, AC, 415volts,200 Amp rating, 36 KA rupturing capacity - 01 No (iii) Multifunction meter showing PF, V, I, Hz, Etc (v) Indicating lamp Neon type for R-Y-B - 3 Nos (b) Outgoing supply:- (i) MCCB, thermal and magnetic setting, 3 pole, AC, 415volts,100 Amp rating, 25KA rupturing capacity - 05 Nos Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth, for foundation, etc in Soft/loose soil and getting out.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25 cm with soil obtained from excavation all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material (Soil) not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed by Engr-in-Charge at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point.

Supply and laying sand cushioning for cable protection in trenches 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm deep over the cable all as specified.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, Type 1, flat with peak, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 3.5 Core x 70 sqmm.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 3.5 Corex 35 sqmm.

Cutting existing steel tubing CI/DI/GI for Insertion of Tee and Taken New Connection , all material like Tee, collar/ union and jointing materialshall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m deep below normal ground connected to GI earth strip of 25 mmx4mm thick up to 7.5 m lengh by means of bolts nuts check nuts and washer of galvanized steel all as shown the electrical plate No 5 of SSR part-I connected to earth test point electrode , PCC pit with RCC cover funnel with mesh ,watering pipe 20mm dia GI medium grade etc and testing on completion all as specified and directed. Note:-The unit rate shall include for the unit rate shall incl for earth work in hard/ dense soil , PCC (1:3:6 ) type C1 chamber ,RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover 50 mm thick reinforced with 8 mmdia TMT bar @ 150 mm c/c both both ways funnel with watering pipe 20 mm dia medium grade GI protection pipe light grade 40 mm dia and wire mesh complete all as specified. Note. 2. Earthing strip and GI protection pipe beyond 7.5 m will be measured and paid separately if required.

S&F, galvanized, steel water tubes, for 25 mm bore of pipe medium grade with all fittings, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F, galvanized, steel water tubes, for 50 mm bore of pipe medium grade with all fittings, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using HDD augaring technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure.

S&F, in repairs, Gun metal, globe or gate valves 25mm bore with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F, in repairs, Gun metal, globe or gate valves 50mm bore with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note:- For Item No. 1 to 5 :- (i) All Plants and machinery shall be tested after commissioning By the E/M Officer From Higher HQ & all arrangement for carrying out testing shall be responsibility of Contractor. Completion certificate shall be isuued only after production of Test Certificate. (ii) Training for pperation of plant to user till satisfaction of Department deemed to be Included in Quoted Rate. (iii) All equipments Tech Specification Shall be Approved By Accepting Officer Before Incorporation in work is the eesponsibility of Contractor
