M & L for Cutting of hard standing/ Road up to 30cm wide and 45cm in depth for laying of pipe line/cable and making good surfaces by using 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 over hard core 150mm thick over rammed earth after laying of pipe line/ cable and removing rubbish outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in mass concrete / foundation of pole complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC concrete 1:5:10 type E2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete or as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone for coping of poles including necessary use and waste of form work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and jointing Cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric underground power cable with stranded aluminium conductor cross sectional area 70 sqmm 3.5 core suitable for working on 1100 Volts, confirming to IS-1554 laid in tranches, in floor, in ducts, through pipe or along pole complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation, earthwork, sand cushioning, PCC protection cover, GI pipe shall be measured and paid for separately.

S & F of Steel tubular swaged poles swan neck type complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, Cap, mild steel bolts, nuts,screw, etc. type 410 SP-31 (9.0 meters long) erected in vertical position embedded in PCC foundation including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer and synthetic enamelled paint in alternate white and black strips 30cm wide each up to 1.5 Mtr height from top of coping complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Earth work, PCC for foundation and coping shall be measured and paid for separately.

S & F of Cross arms, bracing, stiffeners, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding bending, cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as directed including two coats of aluminium paint (under and finishing coat) over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying & testing PVC insulated, PVC sheathed cable galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric control cables (Heavy duty) with stranded copper conductor of size 2.5 sq mm 3 core 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of Hot press moulded SMC junction box 240mm x 130mm x 95mm (inside dimension) fixed with left side hinges and cable terminals with one number 6 Amp SP MCB fixed to pole with clamp nuts,bolts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F of Astronomical Weekly Programmable Time Switch operating voltage 220 V AC-240 V AC, 50 Hz for street light with encloser box of suitable size along with proper capacity of mcb switch for operating 24 Nos of street light of 72 watt working on principle of automatic calculation of sunrise and sunset all as directed and specified by engineer -in- charge.

S&F MCCB 4 pole 415 volt, 100 Amp AC 50 Hz, of breaking capacity 16 KA with adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic setting system against over load and short circuit conditions incl neutral adjustment (Ics=100% of Icu) for connecting of LT cable including enclosure box for housing MCCB with all accessories complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F of Unreinforced precast concrete cable cover, ISI marked class LV types 2 flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm having minimum average breaking load 200Kg, complying IS:5820-1970 made of concrete used of grade M-20, laid flat in trenches over the cable with the length of concrete cover perpendicular to the direction of the cable length, adjacent / abutting each other complete all as specified.

M & L for Sand cushioning with a layer of sand 8cm thick before laying of cable and 15cm thick after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note: The thickness of sand brings upto 18cm after punning down.

S & F of Galvanised tubing light grade 50 mm for cable protection, laid under plints / floors / roads / paths / culverts of fixed on walls or concealed in walls or along the steel poles by means of M.S.F.I. clamps with necessary bolts nuts washers complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, 25x20cm.

Supply and fixing Flood light of minimum 350W luminaire grey powder coated dire-cast aluminium housing, built in control gear faceted anodised aluminium reflector heat resistant toughened clear glass cover complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of 12M high mast shaft in two sections suitable for 44 m/sec wind speed as per IS: 875 part-III, with head frame, winch mounting bracket, luminaries carriage suitable to install 8 nos Flood light luminaries in asymmetrical arrangement for sports ground. The job include followings: (a) Supply and fix of raising lowering system comprisin double drum winch, 6mm diameter SS wire rope, trailing cable, connector, integral power tool motor, manual handle, junction box, lightening finial. (Wiring material from JB to individual luminaire & MCB in base compartment are not included and are a part of installation). (b) Supply and fixing of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plate and common template. (c) Supply and fixing of LED type single dome aviation obstruction light. (d) Supply and fixing of outdoor stand mounted feeder pillar with 32A TPN MCB incomer, single dial time switch, 25A TP contactor for the automatic switching of luminaries, power tool control with 2 no 9A contactors and raise lower push button, Incoming 35 sq. mm and out going 16 & 2.5 sq. mm terminals. (e) Supply and fixing & installation, errection of shallow foundation with M20 grade concrete for the highmast Sconsidering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/sqmtr at 1.8 metre depth uwith all materials and labour. errection of the high mast with the help of suitable tools and plants, wiring of luminaires with all wiring materials like PVC insulated PVC sheathed flexible cable of suitable copper conductor cores of 2.5 sq. mm, lugs, MCB and all labour. Installation of the mast feeder pillar by grouting the stand in concrete.

Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning LT Panel board suitable for working on 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 Volts, AC, 50 HZ, indoor type , floor monted, free standing, dust and vermin proof, air ventilation with IP -54 protection fabricaed out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet powder coated painting, CPRI approved, separate compartment for MCCB /metering equipments/cable gallay etc, front and rear hinged door with locking arrangement, copper bus bar duly covered with heat shrinkable sleeves colour coaded fixed on DMC/SMC insulators bottom cable entry holes for incoming and outgoing calbes and connecting the outgoing MCCBs/switch gears with main bus bar by using copper bus links or copper conductor cable of suitable rating and connecting with terminal blocks of appropriate rating terminated by cable lugs, thimbles etc, earthing terminals, affixing danger notice plate, control wiring with flexible copper conductor cables of suitable size and adequate length, control fuses/MCBs and PCC foundation as per site requirement.
