CHAIR DINING (FD-279). Removal of old UNSV long rail and supply and fixing of new long rail of 1st class teak wood as per shape and size given in drawing.

Removal of old UNSV short rail and supply and fixing of new short rail of 1st class teak wood as per shape and size given in drawing.

Removal of old UNSV legs and supply and fixing of new legs of 1st class teak wood as per shape and size given in drawing.

POLISHING. Material and labour for removing old polish form the surfaces by scrubbing with emery paper, cleaning all dust, filling bore holes with pasty filter prepared by mixing plaster of paris with water to a creamy consistence and adding raw in quantity to obtain the desired colour to the base and to allow the surface to be dried up and set aside for 24 Hours for the surfaces to harden, rub the surface with sand paper it is throughly smooth and dried to receive a two coat of acrylic wood finish french polish of approved make complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge for the following:

Side Board (FD-371).

BIN SOILED LINEN MULTIPURPOSE WITH IRONING BOARD (FD/E6/MAP/09). All as shown on drawing. All wood shall be of first class teak wood free from all types of hole and knots with applicable moisture content of area. Top, Bottom, sides, shutters, shelves and drawer made of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade, BWR confirming to IS-12823 both side laminated shade as directed by GE/ Engineer-in-charge and back shall be of 12mm thick BWR grade exterior plywood confirming to IS-303. Two side hung shutters fitted with magnetic catcher, 75mm high skirting at bottom shall be made of 19mm thick teak wood, connected by 25mm X 25mm teak wood stiffeners, the shutters shall be provided with 6mm thick teak wood beading the handle shall be 100mm long ISI marked and made of brass. A brass lock with four lever of Make-Godrej/ Link/ Harrison shall be provided to shutter with duplicate keys. All wood, particle board surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be french polished with high gloss finish (Lacquer finish) with two coats after applying the primer. All joints and fixing shall be done in accordance with standard workmanship. Rest all as per drawing.

BOOK CASE OPEN SMALL (FD-355). Overall size as per drawing. All wood work will be of first grade seasoned teak wood free from cracks and knots as per IS 1331-1971, with permissible moisture content of area as per IS-287-1983. Top, Bottom, sides, shutters, shelves and drawer made of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade, BWR confirming to IS-12823 both side laminated shade as directed by GE/ Engineer-in-charge and back shall be of 6mm thick BWR grade exterior plywood confirming to IS-303. 3mm teak wood edging will be provided all around, leg made to shape out of 50mm X 100mm, all screw will be relevant IS marked, two stiffeners shall be provided on the place as shown in drawing with size 25mm X 50mm, all joints and fixtures will be done with standard workmanship as per norms. All wood work including plywood and board shall be given two coats of French polish of approved make after applying the primer except the place where painting is indicated in drawing. Rest all specifications and material are as per drawing.

BATH STOOL PVC (FD/E6/MAP/07). DIMENSION: The size of the bath mat shall be 400mm L X 300mm W X 250mm H. DESCRIPTION: The Bath Mat PVC shall be made up of 5mm thick Poly vinyl chloride material. The bath mat shall have centre leg of dia 25mm. The four legs shall be in arc shape with size 10mm X 100mm all are internally moulded with 3mm X 10mm stiffener, the edges shall be moulded downward by 15mm alaround. Rest all material and specifications are as per drawing.

CHAIR WRITING (FD-280). Chair writing shall be made to the shape, size and design as shown on drawing & as specified in particular specification and shall be manufactured in accordance with relevant IS. TIMBER: All wood work shall be of kiln seasoned 1st class hard wood (Teak) throughout. CANNING: Canning shall be done with 2mm wide and 0.4mm thick plastic cane half round superior quality closely woven in Godrej pattern. Width of cane for border and strengthening band shall be 4mm. RUBBER TOES: Rubber toe shall be hard and of best quality as approved by GE and shall be provided under each leg and fixed with 25mm long steel screws of suitable size. FINISHES: All wooden surfaces exposed to view shall be French polished with two coats lacquer glossy finish after preparation of surface. All other items/ fittings shall be as shown on drawing and provided as per relevant IS and trade engineering norms/ pattern.

RACK LAUNDRY (FD-85 (M)). Rack laundry shall be made to the shape, size and design as shown on drawing & as specified in particular specification and shall be manufactured in accordance with relevant IS. TIMBER: All wood work shall be kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated 1st class Teak wood free compete from all knots & cracks. FINISHES: All wooden surfaces exposed to view shall be French polished laquer finish with two coats glossy finish after applying the primer all other items/ fittings shall be as shown on drawing and provided as per relevant IS and trade engineering norms/ pattern.

RECEPTACLE PVC SMALL 20 LITRES CAPACITY (FD/E6/MAP/13). DIMENSION/ CAPACITY: The receptacle shall be of capacity 20 Litres. DESCRIPTION: The body of receptacle PVC shall be made up of thick polymer plastic of thickness as given in drawing, provided with swivel lid iron handles on both sides as shown in drawing.

SAFE MEAT LARGE (FD-370). All as shown on drawing. All wood shall be of 1st class teak wood as per IS 1331-1971 free from complete knots and cracks shall be used with moisture contents permissible as per IS-287-1973. Legs shall be 45mm X 45mm at top and 30mm X 30mm at bottom, 40mm × 19mm stiffeners shall be provide in long sides and short sides connecting legs. Bottom and back shall be of 19mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade. 75mm X 19mm teak wood frame shall be provided at place shown in drawing. Front shutters of wire gauge shall be provided with 50mm × 19mm section rails and styles. Wire gauge shall be of 12mm mesh and of 20 gauge. Side shall be wire gauge fixed on the frame made of 50mm X 19mm section skeleton shutter fixed in sides. 19mm × 12mm wooden bearers, two numbers, shall be provided in side at the middle of the side. Seven numbers 50mm X 19mm thick wooden battens shall be provided over the side bearers. 25mm thick pre-cast terrazzo stone slab with 1mm to 2mm size of marble chips top shall be provided over top of meat safe of kotah/ shabad/ kudappa/ chitor black/ dholapur cast slab to be reinforced as directed by GE. Two numbers 100mm long brass handle shall be provided to shutter. 75mm long but hinges, four in number two to each shutter) shall be provided to front shutter. Two numbers (one on each shutter) magnetic spring catch shall be provided to each shutter. Two coat of French polish lacquer finish over one primer after preparation of surface shall be polished on wooden surface except where painting is indicated in drawing. Rest all specifications and material used as per drawing.

TABLE 600MM X 600MM X 760MM S/T (FD-293). DIMENSION: Overall size shall be 600mm long, 600mm wide and 760mm high. DESCRIPTION: All wood shall be teak wood as per IS-1331-1971 free from knots and cracks shall be used with moisture contants permissible as per IS-287-1973. Four legs shall be size 35mm X 55mm. Top rails shall be of size 25mm X 50mm. Top of the table shall be 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board with 4mm teak wood edging all around the top of table. Hard rubber/ PVC toes shall be provided tom bottom of legs. Rest all as per drawing. All wooden surface shall be given two coats of French polish lacquer finish after preparation of surface with primer. Rest all specifications and material as per drawing.

TABLE COOK HOUSE MARBLE TOP (FD-297). Overall size shall be 900mm long, 540mm wide and 840mm high. All wood shall be of first-class hard wood teak (MP with relant IS free from all knots and cracks with permissible moisture content. Legs, four in numbers, shall be 60mm X 35mm in section joined together at top of legs with top rails 25mm X 75mm in section. The top edge of top rail shall flush with top of legs. Two stiffeners of 25mm X 50mm in section shall be provided at 100mm from bottom of legs in such a way that the bottom edge of side stiffener shall be at 100mm from bottom of legs. Another stiffener of 25mm X 50mm in section shall be provided in the middle of side stiffeners joining the side stiffeners. The top edge of bracing shall be flush with top edge of top rails 6mm dia mild steel lugs 35mm long shall be provided on the top legs in such a way the 25mm of lugs shall remain in the wooden legs and 10mm of lugs shall protrude to get inserted in the holes made in marble top. The marble top shall project on all sides as per drawing, 30mm thick Makrana polished marble of uniform texture with top edges rounded shall be provided as shown in drawing as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 25mm X 3mm and 200mm long flat iron bent to right angle shall be provided at four corners towards inside of the table. All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be French polished with high gloss finish. Steel surfaces shall be painted with two coats of paint over one coat of primer after preparation of surfaces by spray machine as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Rest all specification and material as per drawing.

SOFA SET 4 SEATER (FD/MAP-II/02). All as shown on drawing. All wood shall be of first-class hard wood teak. 12mm BWR grade commercial ply as per IS-303 shall be fixed with seat and back over teak wood frame of sofa set four-seater (four single seater). 8 Numbers of foam cushion 21’’ X 22” X 100mm thick 32 density of make Kurlon/ Sleepwell/ feather foam covered with best quality of tapestory cloth as approved by GE. Cost not less than Rs. 350.00 per meter. 25mm dia rubber/ PVC shoes shall be fixed to bottom of legs with stainless steel screws. All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be French polished with high gloss finish (Lacquer finish). All joints and fixing shall be done in accordance with standard workmanship. Rest all as per drawing.

RACK SDS (FD-158 (M)). All wooden part must of first class seasoned teak wood free from cracks and knots with permissible moisture content as per relevant IS, overall size 900mm X 1620mm X 1650mm, legs, stiffeners, foot rest, long rail, short rail, Top, back of rack, horizontal shelves, vertical shelves having same size as given in drawing. Complete structure as per specifications given in drawing. All exposed surface will be given glossy finish lacquer type with approved make of French polish, after preparation of surface. Rest all as per Drawing.
