Supply and lay Double Walled Corrugated (DWC) Pipes of dia 50mm having corrugation on the outer wall and plain surface on the inner wall confirming to IS14930 (Part-II) for protection of UG cables size 50 mm outer dia laid in trenches/ road/ drain or fixed along wall, poles or laid under floor all as spd and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material and Labour for Horizontal Boring/Cutting of Road/Foot Path for using through 50mm bore pipe for cable protection and finishing PCC after Boring / Cutting of road / footpath, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for erecting of steel tubular swaged poles swan neck type complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, Cap, mild steel bolts, nuts,screw, etc. type 410 SP-31(9.0 meters long) including applying two coat of red oxide and two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide (externally from top coaping) including up to 1.20 metre height from ground level in 30 cm alternative black and yellow paint strips (first grade/quality)complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 70 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing of hot press moulded SMC junction box smc base and smc door door fixed with hinge right side sintex box of size 250 x 200 x 100mm Cat No GS-JB-2520 with 10 Amps MCB SP, Bus Bar power connector for RYB-N fixed on epoxy base with the help of MS nuts bolts and MS clamps-2 Nos of size 40mm X 5mm thick .including fixing arrangement on pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying & testing PVC insulated, PVC sheathed electric control cables (Heavy duty) with stranded copper conductor of size 4 sq mm, 3core, 1100 Volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying/jointing GI Pipe light grade 80mm dia with all fittings laid/fixed on wall/pole or under road/PCC crossing and all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (40mm Graded Stone Aggregate) as in Foundation of Poles, Stays, etc. including Formwork (as/if required), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (20mm Graded Stone Aggregate) as in Coping of Poles, etc. including Formwork (as/if required), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (40mm Graded Stone Aggregate) as in Foundation of Poles, Stays, etc. including Formwork (as/if required), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L of earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below the normal ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.50 mtr below the normal ground level and connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of nut, bolt & washer and protected by 40mm dia GI pipe light grade and watering pipe of 20mm dia GI pipes light grade and connected to earth test point including necessary excavation, earth work, PCC chamber (1:3:6) type C-1 and 40 mm thick RCC pit cover in RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 6 mm dia MS round bars @ 150 mm C/C both ways all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I all as specified and directed.

M & L for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. for 25x4mm galvanised iron strip complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning weather and vermin proof L.T. Supply and Fixing of Lightning conductor Air termination, single pointed Copper rod of 12 mm dia and 300 mm long inclduing fixing of MS Clamps, fixing screws all as specified and as directd and conforming to IS 2309 complete all as specified and directed. (Clamps & screws nuts etc., shall be measured and paid separately).

M & L for Copper strip 20 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc for roof conductors and down conductors above ground with the help porocelin insulator complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix test point termination block of size 75 mm x 75 mm x 25 mm made of Gun Metal or phospherous bronze drilled and screwed including 3 Nos, 8 mm dia 25 mm long hex head screw and box of size 90 x 90 x 90 mm (Made out of 1.6 mm thickplain brass sheet) and screwed to wall for protection of test point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing pipes Galvanised "Medium Class" supplied and laid complete including fitting 40 mm (1.5") dia (For fixing Air termination rod as pipe post upto 3 mtr long complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix poroceline insulator for laying of ligtning strip on the roof/ wall for maintain distance from suface and strip of suitable size and distance between two insulator minimum 1mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Install, Testing and Commissioning of 'Solar Hot water System' (Flat Plate Collector) based on indirect transfer of heat of capacity 500 LPD. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge

M&L of plastic triple layer water tank of capacity 1000ltr with lid made up of high quality plastic of approved quality is kept on 2mtr hight MS angle Iron frame with steel plate/ flat iron fillet base of tank of suitable size fixed on roof of building complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Laying of 3-layer PP-R Polypropylene random copolymer) pipes SDR 7.4 & SDR 11 UV stablised (PN-10) and antimicrobial welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors size outer dia 32 mm including fittings etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix of Float Valve Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule of dia 32mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix of Pillar taps, cast copper alloy, with capstan heads, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered 'Hot' or 'Cold' with long screwed shanks and fly-nuts, screwed for iron pipe of 32mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix PP-R Gate valves (brass insert) as 32 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down carefully aluminum/copper point wiring (light,fans,socket etc) complete incl battens and fittings such as switch, ceiling rose,light fittings, regulaters, socket etc and making good disturbed surface of wall/floor etc complete all as specified.

Material and labour for point wiring with 4.0 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volts grade, multi-stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS copper conductor cable with and including continuous earth wire of size 4.0 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volts grade, multi-stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS copper conductor cable and connected to common earth and earth dolly drawing into and including PVC Casing Caping complete with and including all PVC casing caping fixed on wall/ /roof/ceiling including ccessories with MS sheet metal/PVC sunken modular switch/Terminal box 1.2 mm thick and Modular plate and screws with cup washers all as directed and specified. Note : (1) Rate is inclusive of Cutting/chases of wall/floor/ceiling and replacement of modular metal flush box, modular white cover plate with frame, blanking plate etc accessories etc and making good to the disturbed surfaces to match the existing complete all as specified and directed for 15 amps switch socket combination outlet on independent board/AC Point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Repair/Replacement of for Modular switch 1 way 16 Amps, 1 modules 230 volts Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Repair/Replacement of Modular socket 6A/16A, 2/3 pin combined, 2 modules 230 volts complee all as specified and directed.

Supply and Repair/Replacement of SPN Sheet metal enclosures with plug and socket with Top and MCB SP 20 Amps including taking down the same. all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M/L and Repair/Replacement for Sub main wiring power/circuit using PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS, stranded copper conductor cable 2 Single core of size 4 Sqmm, earth continuity conductor of size 4 Sqmm to be drawn through in PVC Casing caping on walls/roof/floors including all accesories all as directed by Engineer in Charge. Notes:- (i)Two wires of 4 sqmm and one wire of 4sqmm & PVC casing caping shall be measured as one unit.

Supply and install hi wall split units indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 5 star rating and EER 3.2 of capacity 2.0 TR inverter type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning of Water cooler fully stainless steel, electric driven single phase having approx storage and nominal cooling capacity as 150/150 Litre complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 5.0 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling /Removing and deposit to MES Store of the existing Water Cooler and Refrigerator of any size complete all as specified and directed Engr-in-charge.

Supplying and laying repair/replacement of CPVC pipe Schedule 40 pipes & plain CPVC Schedule 80 fittings of 75mm inner dia (80mm outer dia) of of pipe including fittings such as bends, tees, elbows, short pieces, connectors, back nuts and connections fixed in new or old position in trenches, walls, floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement CPVC Ball Valve of dia 80 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m in ordinary rock, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia & over of grade Fe 500d incl cutting, bedding, binding & placing in position with binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item No 47.00 above but 5 to 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers & binders complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC (Design Mix) M 30 in foundation, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, etc basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M 30 Design Mix in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rough finished formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to sides of pillars, post, struts, piers, columns and stanchions complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting holes into or through in stone walls built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar and walls of cement concrete area N exc 150 Sqcm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for roof trusses (framed), trussed posts, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of steel work in tubular trusses in post, struts including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confirming to I.S. 1161-1998 grade St-240 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of High tensile galvalume sheets colour coated single skin high rib/ multi rib TMP profile Galvalume sheeting having 1000-1020 mm width 28 mm high crest @ maximum 250 mm pitch (centre to centre) and minimum 190 mm manufactured out of 0.50 mm TCT (total coated thickness) cold rolled steel, having yield strength 550MP a minimum and wall coated with 25 micron modified polyster paint system applied on Zincalume on top and with back coating on sheet shall be 7-10 micron epoxy paint. The sheet shall be supplied in length maximum upto 6-12 meters long to suit with structural dimensions and fixed with self tapping screws with built in gasket (with bitumen washer) of suitable size machine fixed as per manufacturer instructions and applying adhesive compound to joint overlap of sheets complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F rolled mild steel stairs (framed) including stringers, treades, landing, balusters, hand rails etc. in clubing cleats, brackets etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 5 mm thick Plate (Plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes with riveted, bolted or welded attachment Gde Fe-410-w (Gde-E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth of any description and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chome primer complete all as specified and directed.
