S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain/corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridge/ valley gutter/chajjas etc fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling timber scantling 40 sq cm and over in section, in any position unframed work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for Second Class Hardwood in scantlings wrought timber unframed work with nails and fixed in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Preparing of new wood or wood based surfaces over 10 cm width and girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of pink primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling ofAsbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets including ridges in roofing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M/L 6 mm thick asbestos cement corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in roof fixed with 'L' or ‘J’ hook or cranked bolts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M/L 6 mm thick asbestos cement corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in roof fixed with 'L' or ‘J’ hook or cranked bolts but except sheet only complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for 6mm thick Asbestos cement, serrated ridge for corrugated or semi corrugated sheets fixed with ‘L’ type or ‘J’ type or cracked hook bolts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards, (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Gl frame work of size 605x605mm, for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx. 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre, including hangers and hanging arrangements, including providing and fixing 10mm thick plaster of Paris ceiling (Gypsum anyhydrous) fixed to the ceiling section with 25mm long self drilling and tapping screws having Phillips head with under head cutter at minimum spacing of 200mm centre to centre, including finishing the joint of face board with specially formulated jointing compound and 48mm wide fibre tape to provide seamless finish and multi layer design, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggegate) as in wall or retaining wall , any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work/stone masonry built in cement mortar of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed as in repairs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down of cement plaster of any description on brick/stone walls or concrete surfaces etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brickwork/stonework or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finishing the surface even and even smooth without using extra cement..

M&L 15 mm thick rendering in in two layers 5mm thick inCM 1:4,over 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:6 on fair face of brick work/Stone work or concrete surface to be finished even and smooth without using extra cemen Including WPC compound 3% by weight of cement.(Note :a) Intergial WPC Compound shall be used in sencond layer,b) Intergial WPC shall be paid seperately on supply only. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only Intergial water proofing compound

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall incl sweeping clean with brush to remove loose dust, sand, etc and applying two coats of heavy duty waterproofing coat (Dr Fixit Wounderproof-1 or equivalent) by mixing water @ 25-30% to make slurry coating and allow 4 to 6 hrs time for drying up of first coat before application of second coat in perpendicular direction of first coat and further left to dry for 4 hrs complete all as specified and directed as per manufacturer instructions.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coat of oil bond distemper and 3 mm putty all as specified and directed

Preparation of newly plastered surface and and applying applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Complete Removal of existing treatment on Internal wall and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper & one coat primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Preparing old decorated surfaces by complete removal of existing treatment, scraping down, washing, rubbing down and stopping of painted surface of walls & ceiling including roof projection / chajjas and by hand held sander / long handle sander including cornices, pilasters etc (Plastered or unplastered surfaces) and applying Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade on Two coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.9lit/10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of old untreated wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint
