Design, supply, Installing, Testing and commissioning of factory made LT cubical Double door pannel with roof canopy, outdoor type, size not less then 2000mmx1500mmx450mm, made out of CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick duly powder coated 7 tank treatment with siemens grey shade RAL7032, totally enclosed dust and vermin proof outer cubical. Inner cubical should be made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet with working voltage of 415 volt, 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire fully compartmentallized design with single door system for each compartment for each control gear with provn of both side cable alley for outgoing cables. outer cubical must be extendable in both ends having both sides door openable and shall be provided with suitable louvers for ventilations. The Bus bar ratings shall be minimum 4 nos and each have 1.5 times of incomer MCCB i.e 1000 Amps. Bus bar provided shall be adequately supported on insulators to withstand dynamic stresses due to short circuit current and shall be suitably colour coded with heat shreankable sleeve for phase indication. The standard phase arrangement when facing the swichgear shall be R-Y-B from Left to Right.

The Bus bar connections and their insulated supports shall be mechanically strong and shall with stand all the stresses which shall be imposed upon them in ordinary working due to fixing, vibration, fluctuating in temp, short circuit or other causes. The Bus bar will be supported on DMC. Provision shall be made for expansion and contraction of the Bus bar and connection with variation of Temp. internal wiring shall be done with 2.5 sqmm multistranded copper conductor and shall be properly bunched, tied, ferulled for proper identification, crimped and shall be connected with suitable lugs and PVC sleeves etc. the bottom of pannel shall contain detachable plate having provision for entry of armoured cable of adequete size with glands.
